  @BSNLCorporate In Saurikh Distt. Kannauj(U.P.) STD- 05691 BSNL couldn't provide network last two days, please resolve the problem soon. Many problems created without having network as receiving OTP, calling, internet and much more. Please do better in this department.

  @bsnl_care What I got on previous complaint was just an SMS the ticket is closed. Without anyone trying to understand. BSNL aupport don’t even know what’s VoWifi.

  @Jubair40681193 Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days.   @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Hi I have come to Mumbai from Mysore on 24th August and since then My BSNL sim is showing No Service. I am neither able to make /receive calls messages. I have complained to Cromer care number and there is no resolution.ref H2514196885386. CAN YOU HELP

  @VJoseAbbas Dear Customer, As you are currently residing outside India, you may authorize a representative in India to visit the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (CSC) on your behalf. The representative will need to submit a written request along with a valid authorization letter from you, a copy of your ID proof, and other required documents as per BSNL guidelines.   I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain
