    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate in Saurikh Distt. Kannauj(U.P.) STD- 05691 BSNL couldn't provide network last two days, please resolve the problem soon. Many problems created without having network as receiving OTP, calling, internet and much more. Please do better in this department.

    @PMOIndia @DoT_India Sir in this way its very difficult to help govt organisations to grow as a normal citizen! I have been trying to contact BSNL Broadband customer service but nobody is responding! And I came to the situation that i am helpless

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_MH : Sir, I’m holding on to BSNL postpaid connection for 2 decades. Suddenly my plan was changed and data services activated. 1952 does not work, 155223 asking me to use 1952. Did try BSNL escalation via email. Got response after a month, no help provided.

    @bsnl_tt Sir/madam, I have been trying to reach regional office staffs to shift my broadband fibre optical connection within 300metres but none r responding. They have been worse service providers. Pathetic situation. Pls help. LQ-11, Staff Quarters, MANUU. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl

    One way to judge the Kerala govt. & the central govt. is to just compare the customer care services of @KSEBLtd & @BSNLCorporate. If I place a complaint with KSEB, they fix the issue in 24Hrs whereas BSNL simply closes the complaint doing nothing.

    @PMOIndia In my village no 3G network available of BSNL and no proper coverage of 2G So available 4G network in my village Gram Panchayat Mokhtiyarpur Pin code- 851133 Begusarai, Bihar no one is able to use BSNL service in my village so please provide proper signal @BSNL_BR @DPE_GoI
