    @BSNLCorporate In Saurikh Distt. Kannauj(U.P.) STD- 05691 BSNL couldn't provide network last two days, please resolve the problem soon. Many problems created without having network as receiving OTP, calling, internet and much more. Please do better in this department.

    @SriniR_2025 We have a BSNL landline since 1998. Got it in Dada Ji's name. So Dad doesn't want to get rid of it. Half the time it doesn't work, but we still have it. I guess too attached to it, to let go.

    12/ But the fiscal cost is huge. Analysis shows BSNL spends 4 to 5 times its revenue just on salaries for staff maintaining outdated technology. This is money that could have gone into building a modern 5G network or high-tech manufacturing.

    @Ravisutanjani They only have to do acquire new users increase their availability. In fact, I live in Patna. I didn’t get (Bsnl) network just for call and Anishabad BSNL office just 3 km far from my home. How ******** they want to increase their customer? Was this kind of network # Sarkari Babu

    @Ravisutanjani From my point of view, if government make provision like all the government services like subsidy available only if the user have bsnl network sim. This will help bsnl.

    According to you which telecom operator provides best customer service ? . BSNL . JIO . Airtel . vI I have good experience with Airtel rest is pathetic. e.g. yesterday I booked a JIO SIM for Home delivery, Jio person didn't showed up and I called him next day and he said, Bhai aap Jio Store se le lo..     @Adityauppulurii @Ravisutanjani I have a bsnl sim seamless network experience , brother in bsnl if your sim didn't have any recharge plan it show no network so recharge a topup and check it out
