@BSNLCorporate In Saurikh Distt. Kannauj(U.P.) STD- 05691 BSNL couldn't provide network last two days, please resolve the problem soon. Many problems created without having network as receiving OTP, calling, internet and much more. Please do better in this department.

I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

@BSNLCorporate TIP work for BSNL. Ultimately BSNL is loosing revenue. And as a customer, it’s our loss, that we are being denied wonderful services of BSNL. That is sad :(

Dear sir/madam, I'm from rajasthan and use bsnl prepaid . I've an issue with my sim card connection that message not deliver from my sim card. I already try some process as update message service centre number, change mobile phone, sim card swap & upgrade also.@BSNLCorporate

@buzz_tri @SerumInstIndia @BharatBiotech BSNL, Air India...such PSUs somehow have got very bad work culture, which made them where they are today. Whereas PSUs like Nalco and other Navratna PSUs are doing great. As per my prediction - BSNL will be sold off very soon...

@BSNLCorporate I have never experienced such poor quality services from any other internet provider, I have called the service provider multiple times and they still haven't responded yet. I thought BSNL actually improved a lot but I think I was wrong. I'm so unsatisfied.

@BSNLCorporate My bsnl landline calls are not getting forwarded since last 10days. pls help. There is no support from Bsnl, Gultekdi, Pune exchange. Pls solve the issue at earliest.
