STD- 05691 BSNL couldn't provide network last two days, please resolve the problem soon. Many problems created without having network as receiving OTP, calling, internet and much more. Please do better in this department.

In an era when pvt telcos deliver SIMs to your doorstep. BSNL won't issue SIMs even to walk-in customers. No wonder it's failing.

hmmm...okay (@Anantya_Saadhak) reportedWhat level of scam is this @BSNLCorporate? I wanted to recharge my mother's BSNL number thru my login on the SelfCare app and entered her mobile number in the app and selected the plan. But the app somehow re-selected my BSNL number and recharged it!
