@BSNL_ka_Bandhan @rajatgaur28 Facebook doesn't have any issues BSNL NETWORK has issues using VPN on bsnl network works fine on Facebook it means their is issue from bsnl network they might have used any URL filter that's why unable to use facebook application on bsnl FTTH

Finally this is clear now, BSNL have disabled access to Facebook Application on their network seriously 🤔 government has directed to block tiktok not Facebook! What's wrong? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW today is 3rd day can't access Facebook Application on BSNL FIBER connection!

@BSNL_KOTD Data internet service is not good in hooghly section as well as in burdwan , asansol , chittaranjan side. Near chittaranjan sometimes in the evening data net worked but public wants 24hrs 365days smooth service in all bsnl whether it's in mobiles or in computers.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Unable to change bsnl FTTH plans from selfcare portal because all plans are not showing on the portal. Eg. Fibre basic etc. Kindly fix this issue so that I can change plan from selfcare portal. Thanks

@Akki_sikarwar @thewire_in Bcus they don't understand the policy of Banks. Even if they would have not understood the policies of Telecom industry .. we would have been With BSNL till now. Why JIO along with profits provides best service than BSNL? Bcus People belived on private sector.

@rsprasad An International Internet gateway is very much required in Kolkata for eastern zone boosting uninterrupted high speed broadband connection by BSNL. Under NDA 1 & NDA 2.0 we have seen many development towards internet development. It is my request to you kindly help us.

@singhksmriti @akhil_131 @thewire_in And what's wrong with that? In telecom industry , BSNL was providing services , Jio along with the huge revenue they earned gives the best service. Same thing will happen to Banking Industry. Private banks along with their Revenue .. they will provide best services to everyone.

I think Govt postal and BSNL / MTNL staff have decided to trouble customers so that the customers leave immediately. They are not losers. Their job is permanent. But in the process both the departments may not survive, the onslaught of privates players @rsprasad !!

@BSNL_RJ i have neither been able to send or receive messages on my BSNL sim card for many days. I am having a lot of problem with this. All my banking related work is stuck. When I speak this to customer service representatives, they are not helping me.
