@CNBCTV18Live @ShereenBhan @Sapna_CNBC First need to analyze why it failed to perform? Otherwise, all this hard-earned Public Money money will go into Dustin. As per my understanding BSNL failed due to "lack service" that every customer deserves and failed to compete with private players in terms of decision making.

@PranavRwt @BSNLCorporate Yes it’s better to stop using bsnl and better to port to other good network taking @BSNLCorporate taking complaints but not resolving network issues.

@Jitendraqa Sir, as already informed there is no BSNL tower nearby the location of the customer. New tower in Baliyana area is already proposed subject to availabilty of eqpt & infra, but it may take 1-2 years time.Regards

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks a lot, may I know whether if the phone number of the respective post office got updated to appropriate number. They informed the BSNL landline is not working since a long time.
