@CNBCTV18Live @ShereenBhan @Sapna_CNBC First need to analyze why it failed to perform? Otherwise, all this hard-earned Public Money money will go into Dustin. As per my understanding BSNL failed due to "lack service" that every customer deserves and failed to compete with private players in terms of decision making.

@RaghuBolisetti @KVishReddy Fact check. Bsnl, Railways... are not privatized. That makes the cartoon creator a Blind-Eye rather than Third-eye. Coming to what-next.... any loss making PSU and on priority. We support good economics.

Team bsnl, i am having fibre connection having number 02347299365 in gardi sangli mh, and it stays out of service 5 to 6 days in month, and bsnl takes full bill for full month, why should customer bear? its far if it is 99% downtime, please look into this.

@BSNLCorporate hv a #BSNL broadband-not working for 2 weeks.Cld the complaint line,assured tech team will cqll,4 days later got sms-my issue is resolved!Cld again,system is updating.Called again today,daily system updates and no complaints can be taken until 2pm? #CustomerService
