Otherwise, all this hard-earned Public Money money will go into Dustin. As per my understanding BSNL failed due to "lack service" that every customer deserves and failed to compete with private players in terms of decision making.

Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots
