Otherwise, all this hard-earned Public Money money will go into Dustin. As per my understanding BSNL failed due to "lack service" that every customer deserves and failed to compete with private players in terms of decision making.

It works properly for 6–7 days, but then for the next 5–6 days there is no signal at all — no internet, no calling. How are customers supposed to use the service like this? It feels like a complete waste of money.
