    @CNBCTV18Live @ShereenBhan @Sapna_CNBC First need to analyze why it failed to perform? Otherwise, all this hard-earned Public Money money will go into Dustin. As per my understanding BSNL failed due to "lack service" that every customer deserves and failed to compete with private players in terms of decision making.

    LL and BB converted to fibre and shifted after a month and several visits to local BSNL office, finally got the connection, only to get whooping bill of INR 2148 for 15 days service for a basic fibre plan 449, irresponsible accounts team and thier routine replies...08023448537

    @BSNLCorporate Promotness is not visible as I am chasing for my issue since last 1 year. Kindly escalate this issue to higher authority and provide me the answer of my questions which I asked several times and explained to several Bsnl employees via different channels and no one able to answer

    @BSNLCorporate One more major point I need to.tell you - from last 4 hr here is a outage of Jharkhand electric board(pin-828135) and BSNL tower also doing the same.why is happen..we are paying money for service and here is no any backup.pln for you local tower during outage Please look into it
