    @CNBCTV18Live @ShereenBhan @Sapna_CNBC First need to analyze why it failed to perform? Otherwise, all this hard-earned Public Money money will go into Dustin. As per my understanding BSNL failed due to "lack service" that every customer deserves and failed to compete with private players in terms of decision making.

    @PranavRwt @BSNLCorporate Yes it’s better to stop using bsnl and better to port to other good network taking @BSNLCorporate taking complaints but not resolving network issues.

    @bsnl_care @TRAI So BSNL agrees selling new sim cards without working on it and my monthly recharge is coming to an end and u claim u guys still working on it. simply give me the settings apn or network so that i can atleast receive and make calls

    Booked BSNL FTTH more than 2 weeks ago in my village, but installation is still pending. Daily being told "patch joining person unavailable." Repeated follow-ups gave no proper resolution. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. #BSNL #FTTH #TamilNadu @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN

    @bsnl_care BSNL DLT renewal done on the BSNL DLT website, and the amount got deducted. However, the account is not renewed. Could you please help?

    @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

    @bsnl_care New ticket will close in next 2 days @DoT_India just look at this, this is how bsnl opening and closing ticket without any resolution while you guys are sleeping

    @bsnl_care Still not resolved. Pls specify whether it will be resolved or I will port my sim to another network. I have a special affinity towards BSNL but if it is undone by u then I have to take a decisive decision.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl support or customer care doesn't work properly...I have raised about network issue for our area 2 months ago in X . But they send me same msg again again no solution yet. Nonsense service provider.

    How long will it take for BSNL to active it's own prepaid customer's SIM to activate? If BSNL is not capable of handling postpaid then why does it even offer such kind of service and for that why a person with only one SIM like me will suffer? (2/2)
