    @KHURAPATT I beg to differ. BSNL or MTNL died its own death. When there were no private players,we were dealing with BSNL, MTNL's poor services and huge telephone bills. Linemen used to come for the collection of 'Diwali'. If not given, connection problem use to start from the next day.

    @BSNLCorporate I am trying to PORT in my number from jio to BSNL in Bhagalpur Bihar spoke to BSNL office a lady told me sir Porting is closed due to some technical issue at server... I ask senior executive to intervene in this issue Cc @DoT_India @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews one of the **** I’ve ever seen even bsnl 4g works well it’s been 2 mnths since I’ve ported to Airtel and this is a **** waste of my one year unlimited recharge money

    @KHURAPATT My BSNL pack expired, so I recharged yesterday. The amount was deducted, but I received no confirmation. There’s no network on the SIM, and I can’t even contact customer care. It feels like the company is completely inactive. @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care It has been more than 1 hour since my BSNL SIM was issued, but it is still not activated. Is this the level of service BSNL provides? Do customers need to keep sending reminders for basic activation? I need an immediate resolution ASAP. Very disappointing service.

    @balajiworld Yes. I will tweet even if it was not privatised. I use BSNL. And Privatisation is not the issue. Privatisation of critical infrastructure is the issue.

    @sanjaybafna Recharge of 99 in BSNL won't work if you end up in GP2 so it is not budget friendly either. Next call only recharge is around pvt operators 439.. (but with poorest network)
