    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate my bsnl fiber is not working since yesterday& now it's been 24 hrs. Technician is not responding to my calls. I contacted bsnl care & complaint no. is 1064598416. the problem has not been resolved yet. Pathetic service from bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL for us is something like Bhule Se Nahi Lagta and the accounting flaw in software makes a staunch belief that BSNL> Bhule Se Nahi Lena Due to 3 issues– 1 The fibre landline telephone does not get connected (many times) when called from mobile network & gives absurd responses

    @bsnl_care Concern Department may have reverted with "NO ISSUE FOUND" remark because #BSNL complaint menu does not have "Wrong Balance Deduction" reporting option If the prepaid mobile main account balance was not there (zero) then the data charges would've been either taken from ongoing/1

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI I ported my SIM from Airtel to BSNL on Tuesday but FRC still not done. No incoming/outgoing till now (Monday). Even took leave to complete this — very poor response. Location: Raipur, Jaistambh Chowk BSNL Office. #BSNL #CustomerService

    What happened to Jio @reliancejio @JioCare ? Every day we are facing multiple call drop & network problems. It seems as if we are paying the premium of Jio to get the services of BSNL.

    @TelecomTalk Most of Indian people expecting basic services like income call, sms for otp with nominal price and validity...jio phone give 895 for 336 days but bsnl 1499 for 300 days with poor service... Shame on bsnl... #bsnl
