    I wanted to change broadband password by myself, When I asked 1504 to help, they denied stating you have to go bsnl office. I am not sure, for what purpose helpline executive are hired if for everything we need to visit bsnl office? @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTamilnadu have you increase the rate of monthly recharge but why you not provide the proper internet connections .. i have 3 GB Data but 100 MB am not able to use for 40 days because very worst level of connection of #BSNL. ..

    @bsnl_bangalore i have an BSNL FTTH connection from past almost 4 years and i have subscribed to OTT package. Since from past 1 week all the Zee5 package are blocked and getting a message to pay for premium. My complaint to BSNL, Yupp Scope and Zee5 customer complaints are vain.

    @BSNLCorporate your workers are not doing there job at time .. yesterday I call at bsnl office for complaining for my BSNL boardband is not working so they say they will come morning but that not come upto now please take it seriously @BSNLCorporate I will provide you the worker

    @BSNL_RJ 2 times called on customer care for DND activation still dnd not activated. Rejected my request due technical issues. Very bad experience on BSNL customer care

    @BSNL_HR BSNL Haryana's Tower, at village Balak distt. Hisar,not working,for 6or 9 months.Please, look the matter as soon as possible. People are leaving bsnl, many have been ported. Local bsnl Officers are not listening.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @bsnlbroadband The response and support is very poor from your team and we are using the connection last 12 years. Now we forced to switched to private vendor (Airtel/Jio) for better support. shame on you BSNL we lost trust (Complaint No- 130730349812)
