  @BSNL_UPEast Online agent service at the doorstep should be provided. Bsnl needs to work a little more with diverse calling and data packs. We won't need jio and airtel then. Done

  @DoT_India BSNL network is still not functioning at village Goreakothi, District Siwan, Bihar. Repeated complaint on X are still not heard. I think authorities are not interested in improving services of BSNL

  @CMDBSNL @bsnl_care I also raised a complaint through the BSNL selfcare, but no resolution even after 48+ hours.I have contacted BSNL Customer Care multiple times. They are only asking me to "wait" as there seems to be a technical issue at their end with recharges/port requests.
