  @BSNL_AS from past three days trying to creat bsnl self care account but wasn't able to verify email address and unable to login. When called costumer care they are telling to wait for 24 working days from past 2 days. This is the reason why people are leaving bsnl.

  @aksubba90 compliance from concened section is that The customer contact number is regularly switched off, However there is no BSNL site available in the Cantt area. Hence there is low coverage or weak signal issues in the cantt area.

  @MobiKwikMoney Mobokwik showing wrong information why? I had recharge the bsnl mobile on 01/02/2022 recharge fail but money is not refund to my same bank account, Mobikwik transaction history shows refund success. Where is the debited amount, please replay.

  @BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL, I am facing an issue with BSNL PORTAL. I am unable to recharge the plans exclusive for inactive GP2 customers via Portal. An error msg is coming like "Dear Customer, Plan and the Denomination/ Voucher selected is not applicable to this plan."
