@BSNLCorporate @MP_BSNL @bsnl I have booked complaint yesterday . Complain no is-1047041486 And till now no -one resolve issues of internet ...and not provided satisftry answers. Please do needful asap.

@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw I have sent DM's to Bsnl corporate and state ID. Since I could not see a resolution even after 10 hours of raising the complaint hence reaching out to you. Private players jump to resolving issues on priority and here is a govt entity (Bsnl) that has not moved a finger yet

@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear DOT, pls improve Bsnl FTTH customer service. It has been down from this morning and 15 Aug being a holiday I assume all your technicians are out. So what do you expect a customer to do ? Isn't it logical to have backup man power to resolve priority issues ?

And yet, some people will not only defend BSNL but will oppose any attempt to privatize it tooth and nail. Similarly, air travel was something middle class families could never even imagine. Today, Delhi to Chennai trip is cheaper on airplane than 1st/2nd AC train ticket! +
