    @bsnl_care What to say now? @bsnl_care only knows how to make fool of customers. Since 2021 ur team hasn't been able to resolve the problem thn wht should we expect you #BSNL? one More New Complaint Docket Number has been sent. You #BSNL People only know how to befool through Assurances.

    @ACTFibernet Every week we are struggling with this pathetic act network. I guess BSNL has started performing better. Because of your pathetic network we lose a lot of our productive time.

    Till date junction box is waiting for the bamboo support from the contractor of BSNL BSNL official r only taking hafte from contractor they are not forcing him to do the repair work for last many years Frequently BSNL broadband and the landline is going dead due

    @bsnl_care Nothing is happening in reality on ground level in BSNL goodness..It's very strange to see that top officials are claiming huge things for company, but in reality it's 0..People got frustrated due to worst network, that's why they ported out to others..I am gonna to port out too.

    @narendramodi PM Sir Govt has given huge budget to BSNL to expand 4G service in urban and rural areas . Now govt should given 2 lakh crore per year budget  for revival of govt school, so children of poor people can get best education.

    No response by BSNL UP West. Shameless Department Only need salary on time by timely paying bills by the customer without giving proper services to the customer. Every second alternate day wire breaks by vehicles. And we sit and watch the RED light on the modem. Bullshit
