  @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it.

  Called customer care 10+ times but no resolution. Visited BSNL office in Karad (Satara), they said my SIM is from MP circle and I must go there. Is it practical to travel to another state for this issue?
