    @BSNLCorporate most of the times bsnl representative(third party vendor) in our locality does not takes their responsibility for any outage. Please take action, they are not resolve issue on priority. Services are not provided seriously. Pincode-145029 jugial.

    @bsnl_tt @nagellatrinath As per your broucher can u pls confirm whether the land line number change when converted to ftth? If yes, Why can’t the bsnl take steps to issue ftth without changing number. If the pvt operator airtel converting the copper to fibre without number change, why can’t bsnl.

    @timesofindia How will we be able to make digital India..when Internet services are so poor in rural areas..The BSNL is really a not worried about their services.... They only charge monthly bills at time and no one is listening to customers at Barkagaon, Hazaribagh @rsprasad

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Neither your customer care no i.e. 18001801504 , 18003451504 works nor your complaints section in My bsnl App or website works. You guys need to do your homework in customer satisfaction. That's what you lack. HOW do we do work from home ??
