    @rsprasad Sir, BSNL technical staff are repeatedly asking for money for fibre optical cable. They say without paying a amount of Rs 15000/- They will not give me bharat fibre connection. Please help sir.

    Please auction BSNL, top bosses don’t want to run this. PSU is Kamdhenu for them. Providing free data but 3G is not working. What is the use. Call drop is almost 100%

    Day #17 no response from the @BSNLRANCHI SDE BSNL RANCHI Ajoy Kumar has directly denied to get the repair work done upon calling him on his no. +91 94311 34888 no initiative done even from @BSNLCorporate automated messages would solve the issue of the consumers @BSNLCorporate

    @drkamalgarg1064 @AskAnshul Sir, Jet Airways is a private firm. The reason Jet is going through the phase of bankruptcy is because of poor decisions by the chairman. BSNL and MTNL are working fine. At least check the tweet of BSNL CEO for your satisfaction.

    Idk why.. but i was using @BSNL_JKD for 2years Regardless of its very bad service @BSNLCorporate you need to improve a lot.. i had faced a lot of problems like net not working, slow speed etc. If this remains constant you will never get younger gen. With you. #BSNL

    @Swamy39 Sir the article purely backs capitalism. It propose merger of BSNL MTNL that's the only positive I see for revival of govt run Co. We have forced Entire customer base to switch loyalty from BSNL which is still struggling launch of 4G. Sadly it is heading the airindia way

    @JioCare Thanks for the message i have sent you my details and even applied for the sim on your app but my main concern is I don’t have a UPC code as bsnl is not letting me to send sms to 1900 and my recharge will expire tomorrow on bsnl please help me with a solution

    @AbhijeetDGupta @BSNLCorporate The best way Abhijeet to close account with BSNL is to leave as - is. It will eventually get disconnected. Now, when you do this - they will send you bills with fines. Don't pay. Let them fix the bills and process. I will help you sue them if they don't do their part.

    @rsprasad Jio phone, Jiofiber, Jiofi in every house. BSNL on death bed. Call drop is around 90%, 3G not working still I am paying for that. Whatever you do to improve BSNL the money will go to top bosses. Better don’t waste taxpayers money. Auction BSNL and be happy.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND .Sir I had done a recharge of 98 rs on my bsnl number 9039356598 by paytm.they show it's successful but I didn't received any recharge on my number..Is there any issue from your end?????Please resolve as soon as possible.

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate

    @SayantikaSays Product wise Airtel is good but customer service is pathetic. They don't listen and understand your issue and often screw up working setup. Be careful. BSNL customer service is even more pathetic.

    @JM_Scindia sir, My mobile outgoing not working since sep2025 when recharged for one year. Raised complaints to all levels including CMD everytime but no resolution. Better you change unfit cmd to save bsnl. How ever I will port out in sep 26. They register & close my complaints

    @IndianGems_ If the government really cared, they would offer a basic plan in BSNL. It already has PAN India 2g network and it's adequate for calls. But no, they just divert you towards the corporate to save their ***.
