    @rsprasad I have applied for BSNL FTTH Connection on 23rd September and got FTTH no -2960413 from bsnl head office,ranchi. It's has now been a month but i have not got my connection installed. Sir kindly look into it and help me out.

    @rsprasad @PMOIndia request to ask BSNL to remove puf limit & increase the speed of broadband for lock down period so people can spend good time at home as a good gesture.

    Day #17 no response from the @BSNLRANCHI SDE BSNL RANCHI Ajoy Kumar has directly denied to get the repair work done upon calling him on his no. +91 94311 34888 no initiative done even from @BSNLCorporate automated messages would solve the issue of the consumers @BSNLCorporate

    Please auction BSNL, top bosses don’t want to run this. PSU is Kamdhenu for them. Providing free data but 3G is not working. What is the use. Call drop is almost 100%

    @BSNLJHARKHAND Tried once again to have faith on BSNL service and got service of FTTH at residence. Sorry to say if disconnect few days in every month, what one should do. Unfortunate. Better close BSNL.

    Idk why.. but i was using @BSNL_JKD for 2years Regardless of its very bad service @BSNLCorporate you need to improve a lot.. i had faced a lot of problems like net not working, slow speed etc. If this remains constant you will never get younger gen. With you. #BSNL

    @AbhijeetDGupta @BSNLCorporate The best way Abhijeet to close account with BSNL is to leave as - is. It will eventually get disconnected. Now, when you do this - they will send you bills with fines. Don't pay. Let them fix the bills and process. I will help you sue them if they don't do their part.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND .Sir I had done a recharge of 98 rs on my bsnl number 9039356598 by paytm.they show it's successful but I didn't received any recharge on my number..Is there any issue from your end?????Please resolve as soon as possible.

    @Swamy39 Sir the article purely backs capitalism. It propose merger of BSNL MTNL that's the only positive I see for revival of govt run Co. We have forced Entire customer base to switch loyalty from BSNL which is still struggling launch of 4G. Sadly it is heading the airindia way

    @rsprasad Sir, BSNL technical staff are repeatedly asking for money for fibre optical cable. They say without paying a amount of Rs 15000/- They will not give me bharat fibre connection. Please help sir.

    @mrjoshimanoj As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that the network failure was a PAN India issue and faced by all Post Offices. The matter was raised with System Manager had intimated that BSNL had reported that NSP1 was down in DC Mumbai and the issue was taken up with BSNL Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @PMOIndia Voice Service that comes with BSNL FTTH plan is not working as vendor not configured voice on my router/ONU. Asking for the same since last 15 days but my request is being delayed. Even after multiple follow-up with vendor on call and whatsapp.
