  @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio The issue seems tower/locality specific because network becomes normal a few km away on another tower. Meanwhile even BSNL is giving around 5 Mbps here while Jio is practically dead. .. next ..

  @airtelindia I recently shifted to Surat, Gujarat. What I observed is very low signal strength near ONGC Hazira plant resulting us to shifting to BSNL both prepaid and postpaid. Whole India is getting 5G and here not getting any signal? Please share the reasons if any

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL First start service of sim upgrade from 2G to 4G in every state for other states residents, I was really surprised to hear in BSNL Ahmedabad office that they can't issue 4G sim against my 2G sim as it belongs to Kerala.

  Previously issues with #JioFiber will get resolved within 24 hours. Now, for the past 8 days, the service engineer visit was rescheduled twice without him/her visiting my home. It is negatively impacting my work from home. Sad to see JioFiber is degrading like BSNL @JioCare

  @bsnl_care No network from afternoon...for this i have to visit office..this is tower problem...don't make common people fool. For this every one port out bsnl.. truly 3rd grade mobile company.
