    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate No network and No internet in #BSNL since 18 hours! I called customer care and got a response that server is down from past 2 days and they are looking into this. They have no idea when it will be resolved. Is this the era of #DigitalIndia #Amritkaal ?

    @BSNL_KL I too subscribed to BSNL FTTH #BSNL_KL two months back, however utterly disappointed! The service is never up for more than 2 days a week. #Totalcustomerdissatisfaction #BSNL_KL . Please respond to my pleas for help @4692700233

    @BSNLCorporate The problem persist for more than 3 months. Recharging annual pack regularly with BSNL. Be sincere to the customer, rectify the noted issue ASAP!

    But internet connection was not available for entire last week they don't even care about that, what's surprising is even higher management contacts are either switched off or not reachable.What insane is this, is this how a public sector organisation works. Worst services #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw pathetic customer service of BSNL. That's why nobody likes to use it. I called customer care & was speaking to an agent named Farid Ahmed khan. He straight away refused to give any information and had the government job wala attitude. Just pathetic

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD I am using this landlines for more than 10 years and now asked to disconnect because the broken wire can't be fixed. Why the he'll this much worst customer service bsnl have.We trust bsnl and kept paying the bills even though the phone was not working
