    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL, please step up and provide the good service to you existing customer at least. Today I raised my 3rd complaint of this week for my Fiber broadband network issue. I am getting sms stating issue resolved, without addressing issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Why there is always internet 3G network problem in our area.only 200kb -300kb speed people got i ask all bsnl customer near me they have same network issue.this is my address. State - Maharashtra,satara- district,Tal-man, village-palashi,pin code -415540

    BSNL fibre is worst at Amravati Maharashtra circle,from last two months we are facing speed issue the day after it is resolved.TIP is providing service absolutely great.But what the heck is going in BSNL,I'm not getting it. Is this government trying to sell it too.@BSNLCorporate

    BSNL, MTNL first encouraged employees to opt for voluntary retirement and now want them back as consultants. BSNL still has more than 60K employees and has told DoT it is facing operational issues.

    @BSNLCorporate It is 17th June. on 16th April you said that account settlement is under process, 2 months back. To settle a simple issue of refund of Telephone deposit about 1200, how many days it takes in the normal course. Please understand that it is same laxity that made BSNL down the lane

    @DanishKh4n Worse employees, take ages to fix issues, no customer interaction. Run on 3G that even not stable, frequent shutdown or only 2G. Hardly people, including my family can able to use BSNL, we have it because of govt sector company.

    Beware of the fraudulent SMS asking you to call any number for verification/ download any app to update your KYC/ Aadhaar details. BSNL never ask any information through SMS from existing customers. Please dont share your personal data related to SIM KYC.🙏🙏
