    @DoT_India @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate Atleast go for privatization. These people are getting free money. Kuch kam ke nahi hai ye bsnl wale. Educated kamchor hai. They are fixing speed and network from 1 year. Still give some bullshit reasons. Ek gandi se gandi gali soch lo aur bsnl ko do

    @DoT_India @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate These BSNL People are useless. They close complaint without actually solving it. These are shameless people. Ask them how many times I raised complaint. They are asking me to disconnect the connection when I complaint about speed and network.

    @BSNLCorporate any change in plan or any service requests requires the customer to go to BSNL office and submit the application. Seriously? In this Pandemic times, are you encouraging customers to risk it by traveling to your office? What is the self care portal for then?
