    @rsprasad @PiyushGoyal @HemantSorenJMM My FTTH BB BSNL is down from 30April.E Complain raised 16067726642 with more before to our SDO Mr Sanjeev Kumar mango Jamshedpur & has not bothered much. Surprised to see the false report submitted that attended ok. No one came. 06572980250.

    @abhinaysn @BSNLCorporate It is waste to contact BSNL. They are in loss and government has no interest in BSNL. They want customers to leave BSNL by torturing in service. I think it is time for us to move away from BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @abhinaysn If you want a good and seemles wifi connection avoid bsnl. bacause if any problem occurs it takes several days to fix it. no responsibility reflects

    Bsnl FTTH worst service. A fibre fault won't be looked upon for days. The issue might go in for weeks. The local exchange people doesn't care. And the customer care is hopeless. Ya and keep calling to remind me about the paid bills. @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate @TRAI
