    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India reality of BSNL internet - They ask for 3500 to 5000 Rs. For connection, modem etc. then every month u have to pay around 707 Rs(depending on plan) then every other day, internet will be down. U keep calling their contact numbers, they keep giving excuse

    @BSNLCorporate Respected BSNL team. My BSNL Bharat fiber broadband is not working from last 1 week , I even launched a complaint but nothing happened then I called the customer care they were not able to help and even not note my landline number properly. Plz act on sir.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir I am using bsnl broadband connection from 14 Feb 2023On 5 mar one bsnl employees take a bill of 245 rs but after a day new bill is generated and got that bill of 353 and after complaint to locals employees the said we are solving . But after a month no solution

    Today I recharged my phone number with ₹599 . With the help of retailer. The recharge did not come instantly. I call customer care , they told me to wait for 48 hr for your recharge to be credited. Thanks BSNL for telling me that you are not worth of. #BSNL #DoT dep.of telecomm.

    (3) Today before writing here I have complained on BSNL toll-free number and the FTTH Vendor sent me the complaint screenshot and asked me to close my BB. I paid all the bills on time (i.e. too full amount without using the service). what's my mistake, can @BSNLCorporate tell me?
