I have bsnl fibre connection 0175-2922833 on which i have deactivate yupptv on 25 august 2021. but my current bill showing my service are still active. Costumer care says my service is active and bsnl office say my service is deactivated.plz solve my problem @TRAI

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Sir BSNL officials do not talk properly and are not able to give clear information. BSNL 2G network is coming in our area, your officials are saying that 4G network works. I have checked all the mentioned settings.
