    I am BSNL karnataka customer, I am not able to send a single sms since my sim purchase, I have made around 1500 rs recharge, I am not able use UPI till now, I am fed up with this pls help me, I can't even get a port code without sending the sms,

    Finally made the switch - BSNL to Airtel This was long overdue to get out of the BSNL network. The perplexity offer was a trigger though. And Airtel seems to have the best international roaming plan on prepaid.
