    90% of Govt. Banks are live on #BSNL or on VSAT. When checked private vendors, hardly covering 30% of branches. So, if BSNL will be Down, No PSUs, PSBs can exist. #BSNL_Revival is necessary for country like Public Banks. PSU not for profit but for service. #IndianeedBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe Bsnl has the worst services,  unfortunately I took the bsnl wifi services and every alternate day, it's not working and there's no  support at all even the charges is  extremely high without any benefits.

    We are a non-profit school & one of the oldest BSNL customers (20+ yrs). Our Wi-Fi router has stopped working. Replacement cost ₹1700–1800 is difficult for an NPO. Request @BSNL_WestBengal to kindly support or provide concession for students’ education. 🙏

    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate signal strength is literally poor. Kindly see that call forwarding option is available in BSNL. I will wait till 24 February 2026 if no improvement in BSNL service I will quit BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Even I have called 2 time to customer care they told me right now Wi-Fi calling is not available on BSNL BSNL on employee do not know Wi-Fi calling is active only BSNL telling to user that Wi-Fi calling is active all over India but itself BSNL employee do not aware about it

    @BSNLCorporate My father has used a BSNL number for 20+ years. Now he needs a SIM upgrade for a new phone. I’ve been running between BSNL offices & reps, but no one even listens. One of your employees (94717 57008) keeps saying “I’ll visit your home” but never shows up.Plz help..
