    @BSNLCorporate i port my sim to bsnl but my previous sim car network is deactivated still my bsnl sim card is not activate so sad first day bad experience with bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate What kind of customer care service BSNL is providing. Customer representatives not even responding to customers when called on 18001801503/1500 from past 4 days and BSNL is going to provide 4G/5G services. Even we can't recharge online through apps. Worst service.

    @BSNLCorporate @vkylogs Is it still disabled ? Visiting Najibabad Office regularly since 10 days and SDO & other staff not meeting ( Visiting time 10:00 - 11:00 Morning ) . It's very difficult to get time during week days so BSNL have to think from customer prospective

But chance of bsnl grow more due to mobile prepaid sim keep reducing due to minimum recharge hike very soon see bsnl grow in mobile then help to grow ftth service ones stable income receive at 500₹ they keep offer more data and speed ! In local isp data finish fast

    Bad service of BSNL FTTH in my area Most of the time there is no internet connectivity be it night/day In working from home we need uninterrupted connectivity but service has been disappointing the issue is being faced for days but no solution plz help @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate

    Have bothered many official handles during this transaction but, only aadhar care & DoT responded promptly when mattered... keeps hopes alive for commoners 🙏 BSNL corp seems forcefully responded hence, we still wait for resolution after 2+ wks

    @AshwiniVaishnaw private don't go work because of loss making areas you people need bsnl, you don't support govt psu and sell them and don't give prc to bsnl employees, if you don't know how to run govt resign and sleep in home with our taxes paid pension.
