    @BSNLCorporate What kind of customer care service BSNL is providing. Customer representatives not even responding to customers when called on 18001801503/1500 from past 4 days and BSNL is going to provide 4G/5G services. Even we can't recharge online through apps. Worst service.

    @BSNLCorporate i port my sim to bsnl but my previous sim car network is deactivated still my bsnl sim card is not activate so sad first day bad experience with bsnl

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Most of these budgets probably goes into overhauling the network with indigenous gears. But BSNL as a core telecom company doesn't make any sense, should be taken over by private company or should be a stake sale.

    @TelecomTalk As a result, BSNL is losing huge subscribers. If this continues, BSNL will completely collapse in the coming days. The service is bad, the network does not come in half the places, the net is slow, and on top of that, the validity is decreasing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 4+ years of complaints, still poor network & internet at my home. Generated MNP, promised fix in 3–4 days—nothing changed. 4 family connections ready to port to BSNL. Please act before losing all users here.

    @PMOIndia Sir, though the centre is pushing for upgradation of the BSNL network,there is even no 3G or 4G network in west Bengal, kolkata circle. I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

    Hey HMD India, I need a dumb phone that is not yet launched in India but you have launched it in Europe. The Phone is HMD 2660 with UPI (refreshed Nokia 2660) Why I don't want to go for Nokia varient, 1. Micro USB 2. Does not support BSNL 4G I had considered HMD Touch 4G but it doesnot have UPI.     BSNL sold me 200Mbps broadband after 1yr advance payment. Recently tried WFH for 2wks, but speed only 25-36Mbps. Contacted franchise; they suggest changing modem. Called BSNL, no support. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA @CustomerBsnl
