@BSNLCorporate What kind of customer care service BSNL is providing. Customer representatives not even responding to customers when called on 18001801503/1500 from past 4 days and BSNL is going to provide 4G/5G services. Even we can't recharge online through apps. Worst service.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL still has to do a lot on network issues. 4g network is available only when I go outside my house. Inside it's only 2g with very bad data speed. Call drop, unclear voice etc are very common. However this is not the case with other operators.

@BSNLCorporate I Changed my number from postpaid to prepaid on 29 march 2025 but till now i have not received my security deposit refund in my account. I am sharing my bsnl no. In the dm which i changed. Please check and refund this otherwise i will complaint in nch.
