    @BSNLCorporate i port my sim to bsnl but my previous sim car network is deactivated still my bsnl sim card is not activate so sad first day bad experience with bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate What kind of customer care service BSNL is providing. Customer representatives not even responding to customers when called on 18001801503/1500 from past 4 days and BSNL is going to provide 4G/5G services. Even we can't recharge online through apps. Worst service.

    @DoT_India First time when I call executive he give me ananimous reason befor 1-2 month but before 1 day ago when i call your exacutive then he solved my problem now I can use my BSNL data accurately। And thanks for DOT for notice my comments।Finally i like BSNL

    @BSNL_TN sir, I am bsnl customer. My hometown is tirukoilur, kallakurichi,pin 605757. In my area Bsnl tower signal is not working. Also whenever power failed. The signal also lost. No battery back up is available in tirukoilur area for bsnl. Still no signal.

    @BSNL_UPW In bahraich up broadband services are not working for all day but they charge payment, But if we not pay payment on time they cut down the services . Please stop doing this #bsnlftth #BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW

    @sumanthraman Doc,I got it done for my parents after multiple complaints. It is fully outsourced to private contractors who charge huge sum for installation although BSNL offered it free till Jan22 . Connection is not good either and slow. Go for tata sky Fibre, very good

    @BSNLCorporate Every 15days I have to raise an issue online for my landline because it keeps getting dead or there is a background noise. Technicians from BSNL just do some temporary resolution. 044-28112709 is my landline number.

    @PraveenParihar1 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ People want to support BSNL but because of their service and support for Land line, broad band and in mobile service, biggest issue with their employees their are creating bad image of BSNL in front of consumer by nit providing good customer support in every issue.
