    @BSNLCorporate What kind of customer care service BSNL is providing. Customer representatives not even responding to customers when called on 18001801503/1500 from past 4 days and BSNL is going to provide 4G/5G services. Even we can't recharge online through apps. Worst service.

    @BSNLCorporate i port my sim to bsnl but my previous sim car network is deactivated still my bsnl sim card is not activate so sad first day bad experience with bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Inspite of your assurance, the issue has not been resolved. The line man came, he was told that the problem persists but he said that he will resolve and yet it hasn't...then we communicated with an BSNL officer. 1/2

    @INCIndia I hv question for you congress, in bsnl which srevices they provides? After completing on dead landline phone never responded, asks money for chai pani 200 rs. Curruption, get salary uniform and residence quarters, now compare pvt. Services. **** off congress...Curruption doer..

    Problem is still same n/w is not available at 480106 I think today is holiday and no BSNL employee is there to solve this issue. It's the worst experience with BSNL. employee's are very irresponsible about duties. @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Day 84 of constantly reporting the same issue. So, far I've recieved nothing other than excuses from BSNL.

    Why BSNL network is off most of the times and network of others service providers are available. Where from others service providers are buying network/ mobile data. Is it from BSNL?? Who can tell.

    @DoT_India Sir it's 2day now .no network of bsnl cellular. The concern authority still haven't take any action.

    @BSNL_KTK Dear Team, Have been using BSNL/Fibre with 899+ tax and mentioned 100mbps. Till now I haven't experienced even 50mbps , have also lodges complaint but all in vain. Let me know link to test my Speed Or correct it. Plz act before we opt for options.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR There is no provision for complaint in BSNL Selfcare App. Even call centre is not giving any response
