Nirmal TV (@nirmaltv) reported from Māpuca, GoaWhy is mobile network and internet so pathetic in Goa, it has been bad for years and continue to be bad. We have VI, Jio and BSNL in our group and all are bad, better one is BSNL I feel. Even inside the city limits it is EDGE most of the time!

Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

I had 2 sims of BSNL. Shifted one of it to Jio. My current plan is till 12/12/26 will shift that too.

ITI Limited has received a work order for expansion of 4G Mobile Network in #BSNL West Zone including saturation sites (DBN funded) for supply, installation and commissioning of 7613 sites. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
