    @BSNL_KOTD please allow convert of physical sim to eSIM online , why to go to BSNL office ? All private operators are allowing online convert , only bsnl giving this problem .

    @JioCare this kind of internet service from jio is not expected, I called two times from morning but nothing changed, bsnl 4g is much faster from your 5g, Have a look into it. From last two days I am experiencing it.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD I have been a loyal BSNL user for over 1.5 years, but I am facing severe network issues recently. The signal disappears completely at times (No Signal / No Service), making it impossible to make calls or use data. 📍 Location: Tandwa, Jharkhand- 825321

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, I have submitted online new sim request and went to collect in Gokak CSC 591307 under request # BDS0024265. However Staff told me we can’t issue this SIM card. Apply the new one here only with 349 FRC. Please clarify this. #GrowupBSNL
