Due to wich registration or any other government paper work does not happen and people like us come every day to the government office and get an answer that @BSNL line is not working.

After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?
