    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Pls provide a complaint number to me so I would be able to raise this issue at another lavel. As I dont this that I will found any solution from BSNL and still bsnl is accepting recharge amount .

    @spideyrock68 Sir on inquiry it was informed that there was a BSNL Network issue which occasionally interrupts services but gets restored within few minutes time which is out of our hand. That why I suggested you email doubting the probable issue.

    @w_karve @BSNLCorporate Sir why don't you convert your connection to FTTH. Your number won't change but will get good service. FTTH services of BSNL are fully privatized. So be rest assured the service will be best.
