    I took a BSNL internet connection years ago in my hometown. After moving to Bangalore, I asked customer care to close it, they said I must come physically and submit an application. Obviously impossible, so I stopped paying and the connection got suspended. Later I tried to pay the remaining ₹1161, but their portal wouldn’t even let me log in. I forgot about it. Today, BSNL sent me a court notice for ₹1161. Like… seriously? For ₹1161 you’re sending legal notices instead of fixing your website and closing connections online? India wants Digital India, but govt telecom still wants paperwork. 🙃 @BSNLCorporate , @DoT_India.

    @BaluGorade Great question! All these people complaining about lack of choice of airline must realize that they opted for Indigo out of free will and volition even when they did have a choice. Indigo acquired market dominance out of customer choice, not govt mandate. #BSNL

    @JM_Scindia sir this to bring into your notice that I have purchased new simcard of BSNL from bareilly, uttar pradesh and it have been 10days and they are not able to activate my sim, everytime I reach Bareilly bsnl exchange they demands 2 more days and they are replying that entire uttar Pradesh is facing BSNL sim activation issue.I request you to kindly look into it.
