    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Pls provide a complaint number to me so I would be able to raise this issue at another lavel. As I dont this that I will found any solution from BSNL and still bsnl is accepting recharge amount .

    literally BSNL folks are forcing me to disconnect landline and switch to diff operator. i know at least 100 folks who has disconnected BSNL bcoz of deficient service. please revamp the staff before investing any more money @PMOIndia @narendramodi

    @BSNLCorporate It was not the customer who failed to recharge his validity amount,but the shameful BSNL Customer care,in spite of calling thrice before expiry of plan,They did nothing,now blaming customer

    @MauryaHemraj1 @BSNLCorporate Where are you came brother?You are stuck here very wrong.There are no values of public grievances,they have no value of your time,money .They are dont care about your problems. In my area no network of #bsnl from last 5 days,I complained several times but there is no improvement
