    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Pls provide a complaint number to me so I would be able to raise this issue at another lavel. As I dont this that I will found any solution from BSNL and still bsnl is accepting recharge amount .

    @InvestorOfJAMMU Yes, I agree with what you said, but still, Airtel is the only telecom provider that has connected us to the rest of the world before Jio came. Otherwise, we end up calling BSNL people who never come to our home to repair.

    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.
