    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Pls provide a complaint number to me so I would be able to raise this issue at another lavel. As I dont this that I will found any solution from BSNL and still bsnl is accepting recharge amount .

    @BSNLCorporate My land line restored today after local service provider change the splitter on payment of Rs 550 .There was no fault on telephone set as earlier informed by Divisional Engineer.After 16.05.22 its first time visit by bsnl.Thanks to @BSNLCorporate .please improve the local service

    What has happened to BSNL? I am trying to get my UPC code but they have put contractual obligation. I contacted so many times with the customer care but every time same reply 'wait for 24hrs more it will be resolved'. The service of BSNL is so freaking bad. #bsnl

    Hello @BSNL_HP & @BSNLCorporate , I am from Bhoranj, Hamirpur (H.P.). Since morning, there has been no signal. If there is a power failure, then BSNL signal cuts off. Havn't you any backup for power failure? I regretted why I switched from airtel to bsnl 3 months back.

    @Vijay1992Indian @DevKuma43943937 @MODIfiedVikas Yes this js the problem everywhere once i had BSNL broadband service and i was bsnl user from 2004 but whenever i did complaint they use to come after 10 days and i had to go there everyday to search for them in their office and at last one day they said remove the connection

    @BSNLCorporate If you check bsnl self care customer portal ,very sincerely we have registered complaint regularly,we called ur support number,but phone is dead,technician said line is clear but bsnl malfunction, yesterday he said handset is not working.only excuses

    @BSNL_BR Just let me know how to put a written complaint against the BSNL office Samastipur or the Vendor doing Airfiber Installation. I think as a citizen of India i have all the rights to get a Airfiber connection if FTTH is not available. They don't provide services to common man
