    @BSNL_GJ And the most important thing is that there is no response from BSNL team on the issue even after giving many complains to local office or calling over the customer care on 18003451500. Can you please suggest how many months you need to activate the landline service??

    @BhaiJagtap1 BSNL only made incoming free in India baki toh inko Rs.10 ka recharge lane me 2010 laga bahut saare circle me. There was no such sms/call cutter voucher till 2010. Almost every marginal user is private firm user. Aur haan inka customer care ka behaviour toh sab jaante h.

    Hello @BSNLCorporate , I had taken bsnl 4g sim but all the time I am getting 3g and 2g network. And most of the time there is no internet. Not a single page I am able to open. Kindly look into this

    @ViCustomerCare Today, you have completed 49 days without doing anything. If you have to rank @ViCustomerCare service then it will come bottom of the all service providers. Even BSNL has better response over to their customers but #Vi is worst. Executives only know to call and harass customer.

    @BSNL_AS Yes it was resolved after a hassle of 6 days. Why is it so difficult for a simple complaint to be addressed. This is simply abusing the monopoly u have in the area and harassing the consumer. The day i get a different option I will quit BSNL
