    Tried to pay the postpaid bill of mobile as usual through the MY BSNL application. After selecting payment through upi and paying the amount, the MY BSNL app got closed and the amount got deducted. Tried calling customer service. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @DoT_India

    @Sumit_Sh23 @BSNLCorporate Don't go with BSNL.BSNL's after sell service is worst than Airtel.BSNL always welcomes new customer but they don't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems.If customers complaint a probleme then they takes handsup.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL. How can people trust upon you? Suddenly you disconnect the data for the whole day and sometimes emergency call for a few hours. Is this Government Jobs and Offices means? Unbelievable network probelm today. May God bless you and your future.

    @Gopalharlalka @ChD_1980 Another worst PSU is the BSNL. The officials never attend office in time. I had the bitter experience.. reported the matter to higher authority but to no effect. They are always in a mood to harass customers.

    So, I'm currently stealing my neighbours internet cause they use BSNL and idk why it's working but this internet blackout in Assam is really ****** up and also im addicted to Twitter.

    Dear #BSNL Are you still rigid on your services? Disappearance of network is very common n irritating at the stage as BSNL subscribers are stuck on #3G where rest are enjoying #5G. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS All will churn 🔜.

    @BSNL_AS @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP We have been following up with BSNL Guwahati for reconnection of Mobile Number 9435269111 / 9435275111 & 9435276111 from last 5 days. No payment outstanding. Inspite of requests to officials & customer care, nothing has been done. Pls intervene

    @BSNL_AS We have taken a new Broadband Connection of BSNL few days back (25th May'19) which internet service is still not started properly. Number +913612845057. Address- Dharapur, VIP Road. Nesr Indian Bank. Please look into this matter.

    @PTI_News It's OK, spent 1.64 lakh crore for BSNL's service to interior where private telecom does not go. Similar to what SBI. But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

    @dmuthuk As a consumer, smart meter is required. Smart meters will help Tangedco reduce revenue loss. All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

    to some other more particularly to jio or airtel.. why so ?? It deliberately done to slow down net speed of bsnl ?? Only advertisement of high speed but in action totally down.. please look into it..

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues
