It's the simple economics theory.

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. I am staying at 18 th floor at Eldeco Amantran Society in Sector 119, Noida. Only hope is BSNL. Seek your intervention.

Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.
