In future if anyone ask me for any operator I will never suggest for Airtel. They have worst service, worst than BSNL ever had.

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. My number belongs to BSNL which is currently roaming on Vi India’s Delhi network because of BSNL’s ICR agreement between MTNL & Vi. I don’t think this is a problem because of Vi, but instead it’s your ICR agreement.

Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
