I don’t think this is a problem because of Vi, but instead it’s your ICR agreement.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

I am staying at 18 th floor at Eldeco Amantran Society in Sector 119, Noida. Only hope is BSNL. Seek your intervention.

High-speed internet is too much for BSNL's present infrastructure. It has to go a long way.
