    I want to publicly raise an issue regarding BSNL. I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @BSNL_UPW

    @BSNLEmployees When I reached for my Broadband, they suggested to contact 3rd party Installer When I reached for BSNL SIM they asked to come back later In cities like Hyd, they don't even look at your face Most loss making Employees anywhere in the world are in BSNL replying without signal

    if the BSNL network is good, moe than 30-40% people switch from jio/airtel to BSNL. As is Jio and airtel are charging exorbitant.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 In the BSNL Selfcare app, if you select a UPI payment app, it doesn't divert to the UPI apps installed on the phone; instead, an error occurs. The other option provided is to scan a QR code displayed on the screen... When I complained about this to BSNL customer care,
