    @ANI after 25yrs of long with BSNL, finally I have surrendered my connection. Fed-up with their poor service. No means nothing in the name of service. They even don't feel shame of their poor work. Staff playing game or watching movies on free Wi-Fi.. Irony 🤷‍♂🤦‍♂

    @ANI BSNL, BSNL employees ... tough nut to crack. This is why almost all PSUs, PSBs are majorly inefficient and will remain so... Because they don't know what is customer service, customer care, SLAs.... Privitization is way forward... Sooner or later it will happen.

    @Jaz_baatein Doesn't look like that. Bsnl service is indeed very bad. They have wide spread network and give good broadband plans but when it comes to speed, their service is really very poor

    @ANI @BSNLCorporate for fibre connection u r charging 5000 while @reliancejio charges only 1500 for dt. Its unfortunate jio doesn't had started fibre service in our area while u had but with hifty charges and bad services. Will bsnl ever think of Cost and service issue ever.

    @BSNLCorporate I have paid the bill of may month (twice) before due date but it is somehow not got updated in bsnl’s ledger (not even once) kindly note down my complaint

    @ANI My experience at bsnl: 3 guys sit in a triangle in their office; 1st one says to go to 2nd ;2nd one says go to 3 ; 3says go to 1!!!!! I threw the bsnl sim on their desk and never used it !!! These Buffalo employees stealing gov money

    @ViCustomerCare Don't switch to VI as i am a VI user. Believe me VI is worst than BSNL even they don't have money to purchase diesel to power in their generator. VI network gone all out if electricity is not in your area. That kind of Poor people they r. If @ViCustomerCare hve no money band kr

    @koustubhadhumal @RamRam1718 @ANI BSNL is public sector company. All the funds to develop and provide salaries to employees is provided by central government. If the central government itself is supporting jio which is service from private company then how the hell bsnl will develop.
