    @BSNL_AS TRAI guideline says I need not ask for rebate rather BSNL should honestly give rebate if their service was really of no quality or was affected.Its a matter of shame that instead you all are harassing subscriber forcing them running oillar to post and doing your job. Better quit

    @SouleFacts So long BSNL is headed by corrupt officers such thing will remain a dream....They keep all services down to benefit private operators. Very sad situation. My OPTICAL fiber got speed slower than Jio mobile data or airtel mobile data BSNL fails to implement 4G in 5yrs

    @BSNL_India I requested for new connection 2 months back and today I received the call. This type of customer service is the reason behind the loss of BSNL and people do not rely on BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Its been 2 days since my Landline/Broadband went dead...not yet rectified 04651-262104. Already reg. complaint via. My BSNL app no response. Kindly address the issue ASAP.

    @BSNLCorporate we are facing pathetic network service by Bsnl at Village Khatana Dheerkhera GB Nagar UP .we hardly get 10 days of network access in a month. No network since 17th July I have complained and called to different officials and they gave me lame excuses every time.

    @bsnl_ap_circle @ApCgm Plans are not important but the connection and speed is important. With BSNL Internet, I can't even send a Whatsapp msg for 5 mins. 4 years back, BSNL net was too good. But, speed dropped mercilessly. I raised this issue as many as times, but no one didn't resolve the issue
