  @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

  Don't know about now, but once I had a BSNL number as I needed to travel in NE a lot (in NE BSNL was the king back then). I wanted to change my plan and I was asked to come down to the telephone exchange and submit an application!! So, I switched my operator.

  @mzakiusmani @BSNLCorporate Nothing will happen. This is just a copy-paste reply. Bsnl always assures "prompt" action. But there is hardly any action. For job related network needs, there are better options available, use them if available in your area.
