    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    @ViCustomerCare And it's not just about network bars, even in full 4G network bars it gives u feel of internet blackout. Forget about gaming it can't stream on same speed. Tbh I had bsnl before and it worked just fine

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate the internet in my area is down since yesterday morning. I have raised online complaint on BSNL self-care portal complaint no.1055479413. Service ID. 02446-295521 Your toll free no. for broadband doesn't connect— 1800-345-1504. Awaiting response.

    @BSNLCorporate one of my bsnl number is not working, I recharged 197 pack but unable to make the call. Please look into. Kindly share your customer care number .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST No internet since past 3 days. Compalined at all forums but of no use. I thought internet was an essential service but then BSNL proves that they are not bothered of their consumers. Ac number: 1026566833. Bharat fiber connection.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR @bsnlbroadband i have 10mbps bsnl broadband connection and i never a get speed more than 1mbps and I don't get internet most of the time. Uselsss broadband connection. Please disconnect my connection, I don't want to waste money for nothing.

    Sir mene 11/5/21 ko BSNL ka sim kharida tha sim activate ho gaya hi or network bhi full aa rahe hi but. Jub mobile me sim card insurt karte hi to "proactive sim command rejected by ME" ye message aa raha hi or call bhi nhi lag rahi hi outgoing or incoming bhi nhi ho raha hi
