    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 In the BSNL Selfcare app, if you select a UPI payment app, it doesn't divert to the UPI apps installed on the phone; instead, an error occurs. The other option provided is to scan a QR code displayed on the screen... When I complained about this to BSNL customer care,
