    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    Always support PSU, so the #bsnl but how long at the cost of poor services, have 5G sim not getting proper 4G. sometimes getting singals as e+, H+, rarely as 4G, that too in city. Any solution @BSNL_JKD @BSNL_BR or have to go for MNP?

    In Previous year budget, we heard many things about improving BSNL connection and providing huge budget. After a year, There is no difference! Even I cross ahemdabad boundary, it lost signal connectivity. Didn't even sustained for a km. Where this budget goes?

    @BSNLCorporate My biggest mistake is port into bsnl sim in delhi . I don't get network properly & no signal of internet. Now i try to port bsnl into other network but you send wrong upc code that is not valid . Your customer care doesn't respond. My no. 9968970264. Please help

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Since morning there's almost NO bsnl network available in konnagar. Why?? No notice no intimation just vanished.

    China Mobile is a state owned enterprise. Clearly showing that the problem is not state control but the state itself, Now compare it with BSNL 5jeets will cry privatize it saar

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    @TelecomTalk Initiative is good, but considering poor BSNL network and services, implementation might not be fruitful. First need to make BSNL full 5G ready with very good network and services. Then only people will consider using BSNL services, including the Govt sector.

    @BSNL_KOTD Not getting any service from bsnl surkikal and mullick phatak exchange howrah. My router has been taken by your service franchisee SP network and not returned within warranty period. Further i have not received invoice for my newly purchased router as well.

    @raghav_chadha Pathetic service by BSNL across Maharashtra,Madhya Pradesh,Karnataka & Uttar Pradesh. No internet connectivity on highways :leaving travellers stranded and disconnected when it matters most. This is unacceptable and against the vision of Digital India.
