    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    @rsprasad Hon. Minister. Was not getting internet speed on my landline of BSNL. Paid INR.10,000 towards annual fees for 10Mbps data speed. Complained to JTO. For complaining Phone was disconnected. Is this way to deal with customers? I've paid for service not dead phone. Shame!

    @tadarahim7 NDA Govt sold 50% stake in Hind Zinc at Rs 700 crore in 2002. Today its 26% residual stake is worth Rs 30000 crs. & contribute 7000cr in taxes p.a. Congress Govt didn't sold BSNL at Rs 4 lakh cr valuation. Today it has become sick. Need 20000 cr annual budgetary support every yr

    @vipul00054 @rishibagree Bsnl customer service is worst. I used it previously but die to some reserved category fellow who think they cannot be terminated from job. They talk rudely.

    @rishibagree BSNL is paying salary ,O&M,Capex, Opex by its own revenue....in the worst phase also BSNL revenue is approx 21k crores and we are still trying to offer cheap & reliable services to our customers. Maintaining Defence networks,Islands A&N, Lakshdweep,Naxals,Hilly areas, Villages.🇮🇳

    P.K.Purwar (@CMDBSNL below is an attached of calls made to BSNL customer support. They are disconnecting the calls like anything, I don't think so they have the fear that thier calls might get audited. This is the reason why people are not showing thier interest on BSNL anymore.

    Optical fibre connectivity in the Northeastern part of the country remains poor & dismal despite announcing schemes to revamp the same. Ministry of IT & Communications as well as BSNL to be blamed for this.
