A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

Shubhashish (@IamShubhashish) reported@bsnl_care Don't give false assurances because you can't take decisions for BSNL, I am using BSNL since 2012. Earlier at least there were 2g network in villages of Odisha, now there is no network in the name of 4g.... Pathetic...

All employees of Bsnl are taking sweet time to fix and even the vendors are reluctant to fix it. I m paying for 300mbps speed for forex and other business now allstop.Why ?
