    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp Sir Since last 1 month the i/c calls from old idea mobile numbers to BSNL Solapur landline number are disconnecting with in 4-5 seconds after call is put through to LL.BSNL Solapur office saying issue is at Idea and matter taken up with them but no response.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND : father lost phone so tried to connect with 18003451503 . Could not connect with customer care to deactivate the sim. So went to k r puram and India nagar bsnl office . they said that sim can be deactivated only in jharkhand.

    @BSNLCorporate earlier bsnl customer care was too good now we not able to connect to customer care as offer run online which is not required as we have app installed please stop giving adds online as we are not able to connect to customer care delyand wasteage of time

    pathetic service from bsnl, there is no 4g network in my area from 3 days!! Cant connect to internet only 2g range on sim. Its Time to close shop @BSNLCorporate

    @CMDBSNL @PMOIndia just ported my no from jio to BSNL. Thought their must be improvement in data speed and network. It's very POOR. better to close the bsnl too. If not change the bord of directors who can compit in this new era. BSnl is getting more money. Then also poor quality

    @BSNLCorporate Hi team, I am unable to pay my broadband bill since last 4 days through any app...tried phonepe, Paytm, payzapp and even bsnl site, it simply says invalid number ..please fix
