    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am being harrased by BSNL CSC Balichak for upgrading my prepaid BSNL number to postpaid. They have shut down the prepaid almost 24 hour ago and did not activate postpaid. BSNL PGRMS Case: BSNL-WB-2026-CU-05191779189511

    @Cockroach4India Take up the issue of LPG and PNG ...who handles what?? Take up the issue of Copper Cable used by BSNL and its non repairing... with FTTH cable???
