    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    Internet STOPPED working from Morning. You want bills to be paid on time! Even if I delay bill payment by a day, you will charge a penalty. But, what about the service??? At least respond to customer queries. no doubt, #BSNL is going down. @BSNLJHARKHAND @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_HR I’ve bought a BSNL Fibre connection from Sec 56 Gurgaon (999/- which provides 200 mbps)It has been 4 days since i have installed and i am getting 50-80 mbps of download speed and 4-8 mbps of upload speed. Getting no help from anyone. Account no 1026989789 Pls help

    @BSNL_JK Thanks for your poorest service. Bsnl fibre, Network is so disgusting, as most of the time it shows not connected to the Internet. I can’t handle this anymore. God bless your poor network service !!

    So it appears that @NammaBESCOM has gone and cut @BSNL_KTK’s underground fibre optic cable yet again. No Internet in #Chikkalasandra (and dependent areas) till can BSNL fix it.

    @BSNLCorporate as BSNL is unable to resolve their cusstomer issue so who knows they are busy in other method as i heard BSNL staff is not paid salaries for months. # just asking
