    @BSNLCorporate sir i had taken a bsnl fiber connection i applied from bsnl office Mr Amzad was the service man he told me plan for Rs 449 now at the time of installation he told me 90 rs rent will be rent of modem. By mistake he gave me plan of rs 499 hw will rspnsible for that

    @BSNLCorporate I did not received BSNL connection. I wrote this just to bring this issue in nottice of bsnl aithority. Already there are so much negativity regarding bsnl in public. We had to vsisit bsnl office almost 8 days to get the connection. Finally we had to take private connection

    @TRAI keeps releasing drafts and rules but never fixes anything for common users. Jio-Airtel raise prices, network stays average, BSNL is still useless, and TRAI just watches. You can’t even do one proper good thing. rules stys on paper. When they violate, loopholes, no action.
