    @BSNLCorporate sir i had taken a bsnl fiber connection i applied from bsnl office Mr Amzad was the service man he told me plan for Rs 449 now at the time of installation he told me 90 rs rent will be rent of modem. By mistake he gave me plan of rs 499 hw will rspnsible for that

    @BSNLCorporate It’s been more than couple of years, other service providers have started providing eSim Facility, whereas It’s still in discussion for BSNL. It’s gonna have serious impact of customer migration as many devices are now focusing on this implementation.

    @NihilistRavi @BSNLCorporate Same problem I am also facing, I tweeted here & Chennai BSNl & also email to three people giving all the proof of payment. & done the same here also They have not provided me with any satisfactory. By tomorrow I am going to send all the details of payment proof to Bsnl in writing

    @dravirmani Sir Telecom is strategic or not? yes, this is the only reason why government is trying to make it as a viable entity. BSNL has been lagging only due to technology upgradation (4G)/network expansions that depends on policies/permissions (like mandatory uses of domestic products)
