    @BSNLCorporate sir i had taken a bsnl fiber connection i applied from bsnl office Mr Amzad was the service man he told me plan for Rs 449 now at the time of installation he told me 90 rs rent will be rent of modem. By mistake he gave me plan of rs 499 hw will rspnsible for that

    @BSNL_RJ some months back, i got bsnl broaband, and i was charged 2000/- as installation charges!! You have got yourself very bad agents working on your behalf

    @Debasmitapatta2 OTP issue is mainly with BSNL number, Number of other network also suffer the same issue but it generally near the last date.

    @rsprasad Hello BSNL Kerala,. Any help from your side on 04922.244088? Neither landline is working nor internet broadband service on this tel numbet for long time now. Once broadband is rectified then the land line will be dead the next day and then now both.

    Can you guys please help me @BSNL_OR, I need to install Bsnl FTTH, what's the installation cost exactly? It is not mentioned on website, my friends are saying it is free, spoke to a guy from bsnl he is saying modem charges are 4000 installation extra @BSNLCorporate.

    @veenaiscool Madam,Extreme negligence is being shown by BSNL staff in rectifying data connection to Railway Reservation Office,SGPGI,Lucknow. System is down since three days and nobody is showing any interest in resolving the problem. Kindly help us to get bsnl server working.

    Which means that we have to wait much longer time till ot get fixed.This is type of service is forcing the customers to believe that BSNL is not caring about its customers satisfaction. The reason of tweeting you sir is that the action of BSNL is not satisfactory.
