By mistake he gave me plan of rs 499 hw will rspnsible for that

Already there are so much negativity regarding bsnl in public. We had to vsisit bsnl office almost 8 days to get the connection. Finally we had to take private connection

Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).
