@payzapp - I reached out to support multiple times just for raising a dispute for transaction I made since it was a wrong number that I recharged. BSNL team say that no plan is activated on that number. Payzapp team is unable to help me in getting the amount reverted back to me.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR kindly focus on the service as the performance of BSNL is very poor than other players in this field. Govt. should look into the loop holes and resolve them. BSNl data never is a good choice for the people of India, why ?
