    No one have followed up and the BSNL officer is hanging up the call. In the end I have to go to your office and tell the officer directly to fix this. Then it gets fixed. This is repeating every 2 months or so. I need a solid connection and good customer support. I pay 913/month.

    @BSNLCorporate Your helplinepeople also not responding very difficult any problem is coming this is not good I am unhappy with BSNL . Your Bangalore Koramangala branch also I visited so many time but there any incharge also not there only their employees is there employees also not responding.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @CMDBSNL Employee is demanding lot of amount for new connection.They are asking 7000 for a new connection BSNLfibre.Even am also raised a complaint against them in BSNL but in front of them they'll accept & apologize but again they are doing the same thing

    @aktripathi1988 @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Sir, I am also ready to convert the current BB plan to Bharatfiber on landline 02363-242732, as landline itself not working from last 10 days. No bsnl executive is attending it. For Bharat Fiber the local franchises is demanding Rs 5000 as installation charges.

    @nagellatrinath @bsnl_tt the network of bsnl is worst and customer services also...Out of 24 hours bsnl network come 10 to 12 hours in my area. What do u want to say about BSNL network?

    i am getting 256 Kbps for my 100 mbps plan. i pay 913 and have use my Airtel 4G. I tried calling customer support, your BSNL officer. They won't pickup. No response. Job is interrupted because of this.

    I wish you guys shutdown and all your employees become unemployed. All of them are incompetent and don't even know how to spell "Customer Satisfaction". I would enjoy watching that in NEWS. BSNL is filth among ISPs.

    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate BSNL has been far behind in terms of 4G, atleast 5G should be implemented first through BSNL. It's our national service provider
