    Unable to get new FTTh from BSNL they ask me to choose bigger amount plan, SDO says GM will not approve this lower value plan, so why they are providing such offers with their big shit name even which they can't effort and makes public fool @DoT_India DHRUV SHARMA Mob 8989818781

    @BSNLCorporate sir i had taken a bsnl fiber connection i applied from bsnl office Mr Amzad was the service man he told me plan for Rs 449 now at the time of installation he told me 90 rs rent will be rent of modem. By mistake he gave me plan of rs 499 hw will rspnsible for that

    @BSNLCorporateNo BSNL network avl at Bastijalal/Sitalpur which is fall under Block Diaghwara, Distt-Saran Bihar.Earlier this area was getting network coverage from Dariyapur and Dighwara BTS. After activation of 4G network no 2G,3G,4G network is AVL in BASTIJALAL,Plz do needful.

    @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk Being the loyal BSNL consumer, I request all the BSNL consumers to not to recharge. Their service is pathetic. Unable to call, sms or use data properly even when you are outside and forget about using data indoors. Offer is good but what is the use when no network is there??

    Time to switch to BSNL! Prospects of JIO doesn't look good along with carriers like Vodafone Idea. The latter had failed like nothing while the former will fail in no time!

    @TanaysinghT I port in to BSNL & still struggle to make call. Then, I scare when heard BSNL name. Thanks @BSNLCorporate for your best service. Now waiting till 90 days to port out.

    @IndianTechGuide Reason for bsnl doom: They have increased their prices similar to jio and airtel. Poorest customer service . Network coverage is ****, I have paid for 3 months forget about data can't even make a single call in tier 1 city. Good to know people are realising now

    @JM_Scindia sir @CMDBSNL sir I am sending my mobile no to port on another network since 5 days but bsnl doesn't sent me upc code to move on another network. Regarding this i raised a complain to BSNL care on dated 25.06.2025 but they didn't respond on my complain. Kindly help 🙏

    @bsnl_care Is Aadhaar mandatory for KYC? Any government id should be accepted for KYC ( Voter id, Driver licence) Why is your Tarnaka BSNL customer service center not accepting Govt ids for KYC? @bsnl_tt
