    @swachhbharat I have a requ. Most of the people of the Nai Basti colony near Kapoor Sweets House near BSNL Ex. People's garbage and drop it openly on the road, which is very painful for the cow. It would be good for all of us if the municipal corporation keeps those big dustbins

    @DoT_India Just as you facilitate booking a new BSNL connection via online/App, could you plan a facility to surrender an existing connection? The current system to terminate a postpaid Landline connection is cumbersome and demands undue visits to the Customer care centers.

    @BSNLCorporate the bsnl employees are providing worst services ever.Even after repeated requests there is no response. Whenever i call them they say “we don’t know how to fix the issue We dont have a technician”. Please do something i have my boards from 15 feb. No - 1285296014.

    @JioCare your network and internet speed is pathetic now. I am a postpaid user and since the time 5g is launched ur internet network on 4g is so pathetic that it’s better to switch to BSNL now for internet

    Being a BSNL customer we are unable to make calls and are missing our important calls and OTP during electric supply cut hours in my village Malar and the problem is as it is since more than two years but BSNL has no solution for this problem shame on you BSNL for your poor srvc
