@Pricebaba I can think of one reason why. To disconnect a bsnl connection you need to visit regional office where manager will interview you before accepting your disconnection request. Worst customer service, worse then all private players combined together

@AdineTech Bros I need help I m not getting speed on 2.4 ghz richerlink router fitted by bsnl I m just getting 15 20 mbps from last 2 months But if i use 5ghz router with it i get full 60 70 mbps as my plan is 60MBPS 3.3TB So what to do because i also got high ping 300 400 in a day

While pressing 1 after dialing 1503 for selecting language it's saying that it's not a valid input. Really disappointed what bsnl is doing.. I have no other option to raise a complaint. Please inbox me to solve my issue
