I have a bsnl mtnl no. getting recharge down every month but not getting networks. If govt is not in the state to get the things correct why don't they shutdown bsnl/mtnl?

Keeping Customer Care centre aside, MTNL was & remains a dependable wireline service provide from POTS to FTTH. BSNL for long in most regions was the sole wireline service provider & CellOne signals were available in remotest parts.
