    @yabhishekhd Is service ke liye network ana bhi to jaroori hai. I have dual sim fone and most of the time network switches to BSNL

    @BSNLJHARKHAND I am unfortunate that I opted for bsnl ,The customer care & service are the worst in all together.I am unable to install it's SIM to get either SMS or mobile data in spite of complaints.Just getting the message that problem resolved.connecton # 9308605518.

    URGENT @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM suddenly lost all network 1 hour ago. Active recharge is present, and other BSNL SIMs are working fine in the exact same location. Already tried restarting, manual network search, & swapping devices—nothing works. Please refresh backend profile.

    Thank you 🙏 for the ground-level input — glad to hear 4G has reached the areas you visited. That said, the picture isn’t uniform across the state. BSNL, which still holds significant network presence in rural West Bengal, continues to operate 2G in areas where its 4G rollout remains incomplete — including documented cases in Purba Medinipur as recently as May 2026. Private operators like Jio and Airtel are largely 4G/5G, but BSNL’s rural coverage gaps mean some villages are genuinely still on 2G or EDGE. The line wasn’t about cities — it was about those last-mile pockets that BharatNet and RoW Rules are specifically designed to fix.
