After 7PM downtime? It gets fixed only after 11AM next day. Vendors don’t respond. Service is highly unreliable. #BSNL #Downtime

    @PhilipKuriakos4 @itsme8024 @INCIndia You can check annual report for details. VRS is a big thing, but money is paid by GoI, not BSNL, it will only feature as reduced expenditure. Head count is down to 55k from almost 2.4 lakh.

    @BhavinBhatkar Yeah you are right their sim vendor are scammer. They told many benefits of getting bsnl. And after purchase in the name of service company gives only baba ji ka ghanta.@bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate Nice promo, but the reality is different. Our BSNL leased line barely works 1–2 days a week. Frequent disconnections, poor speed, and zero support after 7PM. Vendors don’t respond, and service resumes late next day. Not reliable for businesses. #BSNL #Downtime

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 First provide quality at service properly, then try for development in the products. Pathetic response from bsnl service technicians, they even didn't attends our calls including JTO.. customer care given for broadband services number also not functioning.
