    BSNL knows that the equipment placed in NFL Greater Noida Society is not on UPS. This stops the internet of my entire society, whenever there is a problem of main power supply. I have been complaining for the last 6 months and till now this problem has not been fixed

    @BSNLCorporate I'm Shivam(7906310584) I again contacted them and SDO(Field officer) said rental device is only provided in case of Broadband and is not available for fibre connection. BSNL waived off the installation fees & they are demanding 4000 and denying to issue ONT device. @BSNLCorporate
