    Today, I want to share my experience of trying to buy a new BSNL SIM card. I decided to give BSNL another shot to see if their service has improved. I used it for a couple of years when I was younger, and honestly, the experience was terrible back then—constant call drops and the internet barely worked. Since I recently moved to a big city, I figured I'd test out their current network quality. When I went to the location to get the SIM, there wasn't even a proper office. It was just a registered address where a guy was standing under an umbrella. To make matters worse, he flat-out refused to give me the ongoing ₹1 offer and demanded ₹100 instead. When I told him I wouldn't pay ₹100 for an active promotional offer, he casually told me to travel 20 kilometers away to get it! I also tried ordering it online, but that was a bust too—the site just keeps throwing a '502 Bad Gateway' error. So far, the experience has been pretty disappointing, and I'm still deciding whether I even want to buy this SIM anymore. If I do end up getting it, I'll definitely update you guys on how the network actually performs, especially when I head back to my village to test the coverage there. Has anyone else faced this issue recently? @BSNLCorporate

    @Ajaykumaarji Bsnl is not reliable in my state gujarat. Swichef to postpaid a month ago got a bill of ₹657 and my actually opted plan is ₹199. Also not able to raise any compain or anything. Customer support is nightmare @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

    @i_sreenivas I have an eSIM of theirs that should come in handy when VI is down. But it more or less make me feel like that guy holding a brick to reduce screen time. 🫠 Also the whole BSNL experience to get a sim is extremely nostalgic having to discus with them.
