    @BSNLCorporate I AM A BSNL SIM USER SINCE INCEPTION. IT SERVED A GOOD SERVICE DURING IT'S INITIAL ERA. NOW DISGUSTING DUE TO WANT OF PROPER TOWERS IN MY SILIGURI RURAL AREA. PEOPLE ARE PORTING TO PRIVATE NETWORKS. REQUESTING BSNL AUTHOROTIES TO TAKE STEPS.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it . Please resolve this issue immediately.

    @bsnl_care I have DM details Nearest BSNL office is near Ram Raksha Hospital Ulhasnagar 421004 Do you want me to send some engineer to find out fault? This can also be done If we don't recharge on time our connection is disconnected now what about BSNL unable to provide Network? Any Answer

    @IndianTechGuide Haha. I'm paying ₹1099 for the unlimited 4G/5G 84-days pack. They should shift all customers to the ₹1099 packs. I'm happy that only premium customers are on Airtel which keeps the leeches off and keeps the network ultra fast. For all the cheap folks, go to Jio or BSNL.

    Rs. 3 lac crore infused to BSNL and again 28473 cr budgeted for infusion all public money but still BSNL is highly lethargic in customer service. They themselves telling BSNL subscriber to move out of BSNL when we make a complaint. @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia
