    @BSNL_PB Local BSNL Exchange Officer told me INSTALLATION CHARGES ARE RS.500 ONLY. They said they raised the Complaint to Accounts Officer and Asked me to Pay the DECEMBER 2020 Bill and I will get a REFUND in the Next Billing Cycle. SO I paid the Bill. @BSNLCorporate

    Respective @rsprasad, @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate, we are facing a lot of problems due to daily network issues of BSNL in Joda of Odisha. From y'day BSNL network is down here. Whole India is developing from highest revenue from here but we are useless for centre.

    @BSNL_PB Problem is still there. I will tell you all the details of Complaint. There is no option Option to DM you. So Here we go:- I Applied for a New Broadband Connection in November 2020.The Local BSNL exchange told us we have to pay Rs.500 for Installation in Advance. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate My location falls under BSNL Dumdum exchange in Madhyamgram (Dist. 24 Parganas) Kolkata -700129. Hope to get the service disconnected and deposit refunded at the earliest.
