    @BSNLCorporate Many times all services are down due to some exchange lighe gone and they dont even starts the genrator, all genrator should start automatic why should we require dedicated person. Coz u also know most of bsnl employees are not present in office when required. Example Chitegaon

    @BSNLCorporate @chennaibsnl Hello BSNL land line number 044 28472650 in Chennai, is not working from Nov 2021. Because the payment is under ECS facility, every month the monthly amount is being debited. This number is in a house of Sr. Citizen who is 87 years old. Pl help.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw This is the situation of our BSNL office..People are not even bother to resolve your issue..They don't want to give the service but they will be the first person to raise hand when it gets privatized..What is the use of promotio n when you can't give the service.

    @BSNL_KL @AshwiniVaishnaw @cgmbsnlkerala Unfortunately not yet resolved the issue (faulty number 0479-2334224)and service received from said office (BSNL, Kattanam, Kerala ) is pathetic. Could you Please intervene.

    @BSNLCorporate Its again down from some time. Entire bsnl service are down. Mobile, Landline, fiber, broadband. Its on regular basis going down. What happened to backup line from Pachod to Paithan its only on paper when it will be activated. 3rd class service. Even no officer in local office
