    In our Nagarjuna sagar everyone facing issue with bsnl,and we don't have other operators we need to relay on bsnl,and bsnl officials will not respond to compliant and bsnl services was handling by 3rd party and they behavior we can't express, we work from home and online classes

    @BSNL_GJ A complaint of mine for @BSNL_GJ Please take a note. I am Continuously trying to contact head of department at BSNL Ahmedabad as I am property holder of BSNL nava Naroda telephone exchange. I have not got my rent scene 15 months around 10 to 12 lac are pending.

    @BSNLCorporate It is resolved now. I spoke to bsnl locally and they told that OLT upgrade was going on so internet was down for about 4-5 hrs.

    I am porting the bsnl sim to other telecom operators. No one is listening. What a bad service. Indoor data speed is very bad. Please launch 4g otherwise it will be very bad situation & user shift to other telecom operators. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @DoT_India

    @BSNL_KOTD unable to pay bill online due to portal failure multiple times. Exchange is asking to pay offline going to counter, in this lockdown and corona period. Due to failure of payment my outgoing services is barred. Is it pan India problem or specially for bsnl kolkata????
