    In our Nagarjuna sagar everyone facing issue with bsnl,and we don't have other operators we need to relay on bsnl,and bsnl officials will not respond to compliant and bsnl services was handling by 3rd party and they behavior we can't express, we work from home and online classes

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had purchased unlimited international pack on my bsnl ported number 9400750821 on 22 June 2021. I went to Armenia for 15 days and came to UAE today. It seems my International call to India not working. I need help asap. No flowery words. To the point.

    @BSNLCorporate Do u even plan to do anything? I have not received a single phone call since my complaint.. @narendramodi tum bhi bsnl per aao...tab tumhe humara dard pata lagega Absolutely rubbish teleocm service provider.... Will switch to some private player soon

    @BSNLCorporate Nashik franchisee works with 0% accountability.The Executives of BSNL are least bothered to attend customer complaints & least helpful. I am waiting for over 96 hr(4days) for a plan change from post paid to prepaid activation. @MIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Help.

    @10digiapp Order TD005385903. Your delivery rep, customer rep and also BSNL confirmed that mobile no. informed to us (ending with 770) was assigned in the name of another customer (through 10digi only & whose order was processed after our Kyc). Our SIM ending with 2105 was not activated.

    @TamalBandyo Effect of deliberate crippling of BSNL and Vodafone fiasco. Govt needs to ensure regulatory support for multiple private players to flourish. It should support VI so that Indian telecom doesn’t become a duopoly. BSNL needs to be strengthened. One strong telecom PSU is mandatory.
