Downloading speed is slow in 3G in downloading apps from App store and Play Store . 4G services are the worst provided by you all. You shall improve your wireless mobile services

Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. I recommend BSNL FTTH.

Pls confirm does this e sim uses airtel's network only?
