@bsnlmobileindia Worst mobile wireless services provided by BSNL . 3G internet buffers on youtube . Downloading speed is slow in 3G in downloading apps from App store and Play Store . 4G services are the worst provided by you all. You shall improve your wireless mobile services

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

Hi BSNL, I have sent the application to the bsnl official regarding disconnecting my bharat fibre for poor service on 26.12.22. But no action taken till date. Why is so much delay in only just disconnection of any service. And who will pay the bill for ur carelessness.

Bsnl is gold digger.. Goi putting money where it is going.. No 4g no coverage. I had mtnl number but not able to get access in CG area on bsnl. Follow up customer care of bsnl mtnl for months.. Finally port out. So all networks detorieted. @PMOIndia

@BSNL_HR BSNL should sell its shares if bsnl is not able to handle its clients. BSNL charge hefty amount for its monthly broadband service but instead of whole month their services work only for 18-20 days. They clearly shuts the internet on weekends so that no one can use data

@BSNL_HR Even after timely monthly payment BSNL is unable to deliver satisfactory services. Their technical staff is unskilled and unresponsive. Out of 30 days minimum 12 days will be there when you will listen “sir there is some issue in line we are working on it” is this a scam
