Why your team is not doing anything in the favour of costomer. Feedback system in your company is very pathetic needs to be changed. Please inform when it will work?

    Sir, The Public Grievance Registration No. DOTEL/E/2021/20546 has been closed without resolving the issue for the telephone which is dead for last six months. Urgent intervention is requested as no action forthcoming from BSNL. Regards
