    @bsnl_care You often claim to be a customer-friendly service provider, but your current practices feel more restrictive than private telecom operators. Idhar market m 10 se jyada dukandaro se mil liya sb k pass private opretor ka recharge facility hai lekin BSNL ka nhi hai ?

    @bsnl_care There are 50-60 similar kind of messages, so it's useless the bsnl people never call me the thing is you are only active at social media creating tickets etc but no response after that from bsnl people, fedup with this , find a best solution or arrange a direct call

    @BSNL_HP @BSNL_MH I am facing issue with outgoing SMS on my BSNL HP(176001) number. All messages are failing with “Message failed” on iPhone. Tried reset, SIM reinsert, and all network modes(2G,3G,4G). Currently roaming in Pune(411033). Complaint also raised via IVR. Please help.

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL, I visited the CSC regarding my duplicate SIM activation, but no resolution was provided. I was simply asked to wait without any clear timeline.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Update in BSNL Selfcare App since April 2025. BSNL Selfcare App is very slow and lagging most of the time.User Interface of the App needs more improvement to make it faster.

    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    Day 293 of unemployment :) This time i got rejected in telephonnic round🙃... Rsn - While doing conversation with a HR, coz of network issues(ofc I'm a bsnl user) I ran towards terrace and started gasping for air. 😑 It's embarrassing 😭
