    Since yesterday BSNL tower is fail at Kantabanji (odisha).Due to network failure can’t even get urgent OTP’s which are mandatory for login to banking/gst/income tax related services. No BSNL official’s replies appropriately over phone. Pls help @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate dear bsnl in the area of sipat ,bilaspur -Chhattisgarh , from morning 6am there has been no network of bsnl. It is really mental harassment. Iam not able to call and use data from morning. Send this tweet via Hotspot.

    @BSNLCorporate Even a Google page doesn't load on BSNL net speed, Worst experience for me to use BSNL sim....If a place which is 2km from BSNL head office and 1.5km from Katihar Railway station has this net speed then imagine a customer using BSNL in some village 😔

    @BSNLCorporate Worst customer case service, i”am still getting broad band connection bill every month. Even after my connection is disconnected. While calling customer support i”am getting only one reply to “go to BSNL Office and check there” and immediately call disconnected.

    Below is the reply from appellate. "Most of the customers are using alternative data connection like Wi-Fi, other network data in same handset and hence the link helps customer to recharge their number easily." It says other network not jio. Does tht mean airtel or idea or bsnl?
