    @BSNLCorporate When we port to #BSNL from another network / buy a new connection, why the hell you make the per minute plan as base & default plan. We know, we can recharge with any plan amt. Why are you not making the recharged plan as the actual plan.

    @TRAI BSNL is the most commonly involved in this fraud. As soon as the recharge is completed, the 4G network disappears after seven days.This ready-made system has been implemented by BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Hello @BSNLCorporate, For last few days, calling BSNL customer care for Bharat Fibre availability in Jagjeet Nagar near Bhajanpura (North East Delhi NCR), but keep getting diverted to other numbers. Frustrated! Please check and help.

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    @bsnl_care You have been fooling me for 8 days. Despite taking so much time, you have not given me a solution. If you do not solve my problem today, I will stop your BSNL service.

    @kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL Mobile is a total shutdown in Raebareli,No network in ITI Colony , Civil Lines area and its more that 20 Hrs down time now ,no action has been taken till now And I have both sims on my mobile working in BSNL Network, Please do something
