    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Value is, you get refund after a year with lot of follow ups. Benefits are you are not given rebate if network is down for more than 5 days. This is bsnl broadband where I have experienced in the last decade.

    @utsavtechie It's only 300Gb per month I have tested it and jio 5G is trash tier bsnl is for me working fine if one complain they move there *** and fix the problem @JioCare not like jio when they tell you sir due to more number of customer internet is slow and they are working on it

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial Trusted BSNL and linked it to my bank account, expecting reliability. Instead, no OTPs, delayed bank SMS, and frequent network outages made banking impossible. My only relief is that I never switched to a postpaid connection.

    @bsnl_care What's the problem in fixing the current tower with ups?Why needed only new tower for fix ups in old tower?Do bsnl has more money?Bsnl only knows to built towers and to fix ups in old tower? @PMOIndia so,finally bsnl what it's customer to port out to other network without signal?

    @BSNLCorporate Old VoLTE issue is still unresolved & now a new one,my ₹225 pack promises 2GB/day but cuts off at 1GB/day. Customer care doesn’t answer,the app is broken & DMs are ignored. Why 5G when 4G doesn’t work? Forced to port out now.Fix this! #BSNL @DoT_India @JM_Scindia
