    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Bsnl broadband was very nice before merging with kerala vision and asianet. Now everyday having issues and noone is coming to solve the issue even after giving regular complaints.

    @BSNLCorporate I ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. It shows network signal but no VOLTE. Complained many times but not resolved. Internet and SMS sometimes works but no incoming and outgoing calls. Please resolve.

    @TelecomTalk Bsnl is good in urban areas tier 2 and tier 3 cities but not good for travelling, it shifts network very very fast from 4g to 2g and then no network but only while travelling.

    @Ravisutanjani @JM_Scindia directed to increase ARPU of BSNL instead of Market share. With lowest Market share focusing on increase of ARPU will endup in disaster. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.

    @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL 3. So we tried calling #BSNL cust care by dialing 1503, but the call doesn't connect to, but hangs. By mistake if it connects, it is getting disconnected within few secs. Then how the hell cust will reach cust care. #BSNL mobile service is lousy. 4/5
