    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care, are you even reading the reply or just for the sake of replying, you are just copying and pasting the same response again and again? The docket F1123162651397 was about VoWiFi service unavailability. Here the concern raised is about unavailability of sms on bsnl 4G.

    @JioCare i complaint my jio fiber is not working from last 2 days. SR000038DWRB this is my service request number. No one has came to solve the problem. If you take this much of time to resolve the complaint then whats the point to use jio fiber. I can use bsnl fiber service.

    @bsnl_care Hi BSNL.. Your call and internet services are excellent in urban areas; however, while call quality is good in rural areas, I feel the internet service there needs further improvement.
