    Talked to 2 agents Bijoyita and Rahul in 1500 who infrmed me bsnl plan cannot be changd in selfcare or app though i asked to help me.They disconnected.After that they said system upgradation is going on.what service u r giving? #fraudbsnl @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @PMOIndia @narendramodi Why not Indian government get involved in multiple business and market it similar to private companies? Even companies like jio which was started few year's ago were highly successful but not sure what happened with BSNL?. Strategy of Indian government is very poor on business.

    @BSNLCorporate I requested for broadband connection and paid Rs 777 as security or whateve. Later BSNL decline my request telling me that service not available in my locality. Instead of returning my money, you are asking me to pay Rs 931. For what?
