Even ready to fight at court... But won't pay it... I haven't got to use it. Why shall I pay .. Its a fault on BSNL part.. Cancel by bill for January

Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. Also if we call ur cust care 1503, it is not connecting. Raised multiple complaints, but comps were closed w/o rectifying the issue. Are u ppl not ahamed to post this, with such issues.
