    @BSNLCorporate It was local govt who shutdown internet. I called up customer care and they told me that internet temporary shutdown in Rajasthan. But I did not get any update or alert fr bsnl instead bsnl people told me to buy news paper and read news about Rajasthan for the reason

    @mkvhindu @JioCare @reliancejio I support you & agree with you fully. This is happing due to absence of competition which was wiped out due to power of money to control the market as consumer has no choice. This will happen in various sectors due to privatization. BSNL does not get 4g but reliance does.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir - FTTH service from BSNL is extremely poor. In past 4-5 months, I have faced 3 extended disconnection problems of 8-10 days each. Extremely Poor response time and resolution time. I dont see any reason to continue with BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate air fibre not working since last 5 days. Communicated with local bsnl office as well but no feedback and no solution found. Why does bsnl authorize vendors who can't provide service to their customers. Thinking of switching to other operator.
