    @BSNLCorporate Dear sir 4-5 months earlier I have ported in your network(BSNL)from @Idea @VodafoneIN and till that day I am just cursing myself bcs of ur network service which is more wrost than of @idea. I can't even receive or do call in era of 4G ND 5G.

    He told me to forward him back a received sms from his number 8420471763. Which i do it from end without thinking anything at that time. He was in hurry. Now i chekced with the BSNL and they confirmed there is no call arrange by him for this. I am worry please help.

    Every PRIVATE FTTH Operator is giving calling app for mobile. BSNL is lagging behind no support from their side. BSNL kab shuru karega ? they are charging 500 for voice activation still no APP. @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate @CGMHRBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate How long the customer will listen nd wait for assurance❓ 👉Everything has a limit but here there is no limit !🔴 Problem has been there for a long time, #2G has come a long time (many years) and BSNL has not made any effort, even today the services are private Can't get better ?

    @BSNL_AS Why is there a need to go physically? It's just a simple billing issue. I have raised a service request. Why isn't it enough? cc @DoT_India I am not sure why BSNL is asking me to visit their office just to solve a minor billing issue. This is never a case for any other ISP
