    @BSNLCorporate Dear sir 4-5 months earlier I have ported in your network(BSNL)from @Idea @VodafoneIN and till that day I am just cursing myself bcs of ur network service which is more wrost than of @idea. I can't even receive or do call in era of 4G ND 5G.

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia , From last 4 days no BSNL Network in my sim. I don't know why to waste taxpayers money on a service that has this level of quality. And cherry on top is one customer support in the whole city.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Compaint a lot of times regarding slow Bsnl FIBER speed but no resolution, last complaint no. 1058700878 was resolved without solution and from yesterday Fiber speed went to 0 MBPS, NO SPEED AT ALL....

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @MIB_India I had given a complain no 16825172642 on 2 jan 23 as my land phone is dead. My phone is still dead, no body came and check. But complain status is showing it’s solved. How???? If BSNL will provide such type of service no body can save it.

    If not for Bsnl executive my connection would still be down. So just try and improve your customer service but mainly communication skills of your customer executive.

    Without connection more then 10Hours sincere advice - Buy BSNL or any other Network but not airtel black beacuse you will be marked blacklisted

    @NAGARAJABHAT3 @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Bro, the same thing at my place. BSNL is not gvg the fibre services directly. They are gvg via franchisee whom they have gvn a free hand to loot the people. I did not take the service from them since I knw these govt ppl. Once the line is tkn they will show their own dadagiri.
