    @DoT_India Dear sir, please solve the issue and give permanent solutions, I will sare you my gps location. It is situated in district headquarter Jehanabad near BSNL office. From last night there is no service in BSNL. Many times I was talked with Chaurasia ji (BSNL) . He always say it’s ok

    @bsnl_care I am tired of your solutions. Since 8 months you done nothing Inspite of repeated complaints. You just registered dockets & closed. I am waiting till sep 26 my my recharge end. I will port out. Sorry I don’t want your worst service. Bsnl a white elephant because of staff only.

    @SayantikaSays Try BSNL FTTH instead! Airtel has not even sorted out basic mobile voice & data issues for ages They unilaterally close complaints without even speaking to clients Pathetic service!

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate

    Happened with me in Vaishno Devi once few years back. While we were getting down, time on my phone was showing as per Pakistan's time zone!! I was very shocked. It was a BSNL sim
