    The entire system of #BSNL Mobile remained collapsed in major parts of #Patna for several hours today causing inconvenience to the subscribers. Since Friday night there was poor connectivity, frequent call drops and low internet speed of the BSNL @CMDBSNL @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW no wonder people prefer pvt companies over BSNL. Made around 10 calls. Everytime either call got disconnected, picked but not answered or put on hold to never come back and ultimately hung up. pathetic support. Need to work massively on your CC. @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate Now BSNL has gone to such low level that they neither attend nor respond complaints But surprising they send sms that my complaint about 0135 2530898 resolved What a corporate joke
