    I pay 1500 INR after taxes for a 200mbps up/down connection, The LCO and people in my local BSNL office tell me the maximum I'll get is 100mbps because they don't have sufficient bandwidth and after that, The speed to servers in Mumbai or singapore is barely ~20-30 mbps.

    @BSNLCorporate I have contacted the local officer of BSNl Office Khairabad U.P. ...They said broadband wires has been disconnected/ruptured at my location during the construction of Azamgarh-Mau highway...Please investigate on this and fix the issue as soon as possible...After this experience

    When BSNL fiber was new in my area and I was still getting acceptable speeds, There was still another annoying problem. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW intentionally throttles maximum possible speed on a single TCP connection to about ~40mbps so even if you have a 200mbps connection

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you and appreciate the promptness. But issue there’s no grievance redressal mechanism in place. The broadband services are outsourced by BSNL. When this firm doesn’t give satisfactory service there has to be a simple method to approach local BSNL office
