    @BSNLCorporate There is no solution for this issue.. And even after disconnecting the connection, the bill is being generated. BSNL Ujjain officials do not even respond to mail properly..BSNL is a government company so all this is happening..? @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Prompt action is to close the complaint without considering the customer. I think BSNL employee's don't want BSNL to survive. @BSNL_MH @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate I recently ported my number to bsnl it's been 13 days now and no resolution. Never ever get their service. Customer care is useless. My first recharge is not processed, tried 5 times now. Customer support has no clue. They won't register complain. What a service 🤦
