@reliancejio why don't you launch Wireless Internet service to Rural India during this Pandemic? BSNL anyway not doing what they Supposed to do though they have this service launched on free spectrum in a few states like mine in Telangana....

@BSNLCorporate Issue pertains to phone disconnection in Calcutta Telephone area. No facility available in portal for online applications. One has to go and stand in a line. Why can’t BSNL allow online disconnection of BSNL land lines

@BSNLCorporate The was restored. But worked only for 24 hours. And after that the tower again get out of order. Again same problem. BSNL is not repairing tower in proper manner. Please repair it properly. We are suffering a lot.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL a hopeless worst network in india. I having personal experience of 4 to 5 years. Thousands of complaints. No resolution. Network always worst day by day. Don't use.hopeless worst bsnl
