@airtelindia my area only 16 mbps maximum available speed. my area has 2 fibre provider are available chirinet,BSNL provider offering more then 200MBPS. You advertisement on channel is best. But reality is worst network. You NOT able give atleaset 40MBPS. But your tag line is 5G Ready network

@BSNLCorporate Very worst service👎👎.. Agents are technically not capable enough..Customer care service guys doesn't bother at all about the issue that end user is facing..There is no proper response and resolution from any Team of BSNL.. Poor service ever seen

@BSNLCorporate I have mentioned the word extra what does it means? I think from this all bsnl employees doesn’t even the problems they always work on their perception? Make the correction in the bill and contact the concerned the person.

@BSNLCorporate Can BSNL get their staff who work on telephone distribution boxes on the side of roads to STOP disconnecting lines that are IN SERVICE and making them OUT OF SERVICE to PLEASE folks with broken connectionS and attaching their line to it after RECEIVING TIP (cash).

@BSNLCorporate There are no prompt responses I can assure. Needs to get the issue fixed at permanent level. Otherwise there are total 50+ connections frustrated and ready to discontinue from BSNL FTTH.

@BSNLCorporate It means the subscribers in that area should opt for Jio or Airtel. Both networks are working well. The subscribers should leave BSNL and port Sim in another network? I am too loyal to stay with BSNL. I will purchase another sim of Jio. In case problem is sorted out, tell me.
