    Hi @bsnl_care, I had done my bill payment on 13th of June it’s 17th now and still the payment is not reflecting on bsnl side but amount got deducted from my account and the bill payment was done by using bsnl app, can you please help me in this?

    @bsnl_care So what is the solution now ? Will BSNL increase the frequency or install a new tower ?? Plz confirm so that I can port it to another service provider. Awaiting your reply

    @bsnl_care Dear sir, BSNL self help app accepted payment though the plan is showing NA. Having accepted the receipt, why the amount is NOT refunded within 7 days as per your policy.

    @bsnl_care Other provider raised their charges, so I port to bsnl & now bsnl is almst dead. My rechrge money on bsnl wastd. Nw I rechargd jio since I hd no othr option. Shme on you bsnl for such pathetic service. Plz stop spending on advertisement instead spend on improving infrastructure.

    @BSNL_OR Request you to provide power backup system to Bsnl network at our place,power backup is not available since last 2 years.please note we have only one (BSNL)mobile network for access,we people are facing lot of problems.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_AS What's wrong with your network ? Really frustrated. Unable to connect at one go, call drop, unclear voice, out of coverage and what not. It's been more than a decade since using the BSNL network. Donot compel to switch to other network 🙏
