    @WiththeNation My home is located at remote area, surrounding mountain, and 2 jio towers are 4km away. I tried every possible thing to contact them, they said leased line is good for me. But charge 50k per year. Regarding bsnl there customer care is junk. 100 of call always busy or not picking

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am trying from customer care till BSNL corporate since Sept 9 to resolve my complaint to set right my BSNL hanging cable (Ph. No. 040-29800617, Balapur, Hyderabad). The apathetic response from BSNL is outrageous. Nobody is interested in this. Please help.

    @BSNLCorporate It is extremely unfortunate that a 67 year old SENIOR CITIZEN like me is being made to run around for getting his refund. Under the circumstances, I shall be forced to escalate my complaint to PMO, DEPT. OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS informing them that  BSNL is not responding to me.

    @BSNLCorporate I was thinking of moving to consumer court for the harassment and loss for such a long time. And now I am surprised to see your audacity to send repeated sms for settling my dues service which even never consumed. I had deep sympathy for BSNL but now it is clear you are the WORST

    SDO of bsnl Daudnagar was very good and supportive.Dear bsnl in my city Daudnagar there are only two tower of BSNL. Due to this my network is always out of range those 2 tower. In survey by bsnl,found that, my city need at least 10 towers @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @BandBajaateRaho
