    @yabhishekhd I recently traveled to Delhi, and after reaching there, my BSNL SIM suddenly had zero signal. BSNL is supposed to work on the Vi network in Delhi, but it didn’t work at all. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate No proper communication, no update, and no accountability. We are paying customers. If BSNL cannot provide a stable connection or even respond to a complaint, what exactly are we paying for? I work remotely, and these repeated outages directly affect my work.

    @BSNLCorporate I acquired BSNL no. 9475126619 on 25 Aug 2026. However, outgoing calls are blocked and incoming calls are also not working. I’ve manually selected the BSNL network, but the issue persists. Customer Care has not provided any clear solution. Please check.
