@BSNLCorporate Thank you. It’s working now. Can my plan be converted to fibre optic network, if yes, what is the minimum plan , I can opt for? What is the conversion charges. BSNL is already having Rs 1500 as a security deposit of my landline BB connection.

@BSNLCorporate Its only a matter of time dat I decide to choose another connection. My area only bsnl n jio has good network. Else I wld hv moved 2 airtel if dey were any good. You guys need 2b professional wth better website n app design. Look at others. I hate jio else it's cheaper to move.

@BSNLCorporate I terminated service of my broadband account number 9038959225 as of 12th March but got a bill for full March. Customer care not able to resolve saying they only handle technical complaints. No where to go and reach bsnl
