    @BSNLCorporate Hello, I have BSNL Fiber connection bearing customer id 3007346027 and billing account number 8007377986. Currently my plan is FIBRE PREMIUM PLUS. But I want to downgrade my plan to SUPERSTAR PREMIUM PLUS. Kindly do the needful and help me in downgrading my plan

    @BSNLCorporate still there is no internet in bsnl mobile almost 4 days have passed...is bsnl server still down? Can't it be rectified still now also.

    @TataPlayin One technician came yesterday but he couldn’t insert wires to dock as my wire has gone to dock. My electrician got my wires to dock for both BSNL ftth & Tata Play. BSNL people came and did their job. But, your technician couldn’t do it. Today, I’ve to hire pvt parties to fix it.

    It's been 2 days, since the BSNL BROADBAND service is out of connection. State-Odisha District-Sambalpur City-Burla PIN-768017 @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband Please resolve this problem ASAP. 👉Is it because of the Geomagnetic Solar Storm which hit earth on Apr 14 ?

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for the response, regrettably there has been no word from the local BSNL office via SMS or email to inform us subscribers about this issue and the ETA for phones to be operational. This outage just makes us more convinced that BSNL is unreliable. Sad turn of events indeed
