    @RajConsumer I raised Grievance Number: 2883561 and it was simply closed without my confirmation. Issue was not at all solved. BSNL JTO updated as solved which never happened and consumerhelpline also closed my grievance based on BSNL update without verification. BSNL is cheating the customer

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur phone no.07104 299475 voice service is not active I am unable to use voice service. I have made complaint but without as solution complaint was close .so horrible service from BSNL that's why Govt is going to close BSNL.

The poor service I am facing from your employees in last two months only worked for 4-5 days even appointed person don't pick the calls and fake messages being sent the problem is resolved. That's why BSNL needs to be overtaken by private co.

    @BSNL_KL Apply for this connection only if BSNL is your only option. There are many better options available. Take any other service provider, it will be better than BSNL. The only advantage of bsnl is the widespread availability. There is practically no customer service.
