    Our Online payment made towards Bharat Fibre BSNL Bill received no acknowledgement from BSNL and our complaint at their Portal was unheeded. Support @ 154 are so atrocious that they cut you off while you are narrating your complaint. Nearest BSNL Office 25 kms, one way. @CMDBSNL

    From last 8 months I have call drop problem. And from last 2 months Im trying to get help from the customer care service.But each and every time they are registering my complaint, and same day by the evening I'm getting a massage that my docket number has been closed. So bad BSNL

    @Ravisutanjani Besides, private postal services do not have any incentive to cater to rural areas because of Economics but India post will still do it because is a public service. Same reason why Bsnl caters to the remotest parts of India which others shy away from.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL Please Help! I have installed ftth Connection. Requested for change of number Mr. Rishu, SDE Panchkula has registered to another ONT. He has no time to listen our grievances. He never picks his phone. Where to go? This is total harassment.
