Team bsnl, i am having fibre connection having number 02347299365 in gardi sangli mh, and it stays out of service 5 to 6 days in month, and bsnl takes full bill for full month, why should customer bear? its far if it is 99% downtime, please look into this.

After paying too much to get BSNL fibre connection. Within one month is 3rd time that BSNL fibre is down. WoW what a useless fibre internet. 🥲🥲

@asvindra1 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Exactly bro. I had ported into BSNL in Jan 2022 and since the very 1st day I faced network issues and got 2G network. Complained many a times but in vain, so I ported out 3 months later. I personally think BSNL CAN NEVER UPGRADE AND UPLIFT just because of their adamant behaviour.
