High-speed internet is too much for BSNL's present infrastructure. It has to go a long way.

The corruption surely start in higher echelons but if lower employees left for their dignity government would have been held accountable.

It survives on old accounts, not merit. Profit making is fine, but at least deliver basic service quality, where SBI fails, just like BSNL and air India

I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @BSNL_UPW
