    No one from BSNL cares to reach out to inform and resolve the complaint after I register my complaint on the self-care portal! Again now, it's been around 45mins since LOS with complaint ID 127889258682 for today! BSNL is synonymous with unreliability!

    @BSNLCorporate I was trying to apply new broadband connection. In the application form, it is a mandatory field to enter a Franchise/DSA Code. As a potential new customer, how can I know these codes? Or I have to go to the nearby BSNL office to know the code enabling me to apply.

    Hello Sir @CMDBSNL, from past 10-15 days the BSNL fiber is not working properly in Varanasi. Upon complaining at various levels we hear that it's being worked upon. This is causing lot of issues while working. Requesting your help. @RavindraMoS_IC

    @Zizezkianism PC cannot promise BSNL broadband 🤔 she will have to form a state owned broadband service and then provide it to them or buy connections from BSNL on people's behalf.
