@Idea My Phone is Barred since 18th Jan 2020! I ported this number from @BSNL to @Idea ! The Due amount was paid on 21st Jan 2020 and provided all the necessary documents. Still my outgoing and incoming as well is barred. Pathetic and Shameful Service.

@idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune

@BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

@zcivam @BSNLCorporate BSNL 3G speed is far more superior than 4G services of JIO, Airtel and Vodafone. Even prices of BSNL is far more lower then any provider at the moment. I am a heavy data user and never minded prices, my only concern was speed. BSNL , Even it's very economical.
