Govt of India directs BSNL & MTNL not to use Chinese spares and call for new tenders.Congtas GOI. Such orders should be given to all the industries including Pharmas. Most of them use cheaper Chinese raw material to keep mfg costs down.#ChinaVIndia

I am not saying BSNL should not be there, but only with required manpower in comparison to other telcos and the market share, have plans for customer attraction, have plans to increase productivity, and improvements in many other aspects.
