    @BSNLCorporate What do I say?Your customer service call center is too fantastic that they cannot even speak anything beyond what their IVR says..Welcome to Bsnl mobile customer care..And when u try to connect them through other departments they are so rude n abrupt in disconnecting the call

    @BSNLCorporate it is highly regretted nothing works with BSNL, makes to believe what state minister of communication observation, many traitors are in BSNL. None of my efforts yield ant response. Either the customer care assistants don't know how to solve the problem or not

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune today morning i received 'Dear Customer, aS per instructions from DoT, your this BSNL mobile number is going to disconnect today,please visit nearest BSNL CSC alongwith POA/POI documents.Thanks.' And now my number stoped ..may i know why ?

    @ANI . BSNL has/had big customer base & huge properties but inefficient. Where as Airtel Vi vendors accept money till 8pm in any form Card, Cash BSNL doesn't accept money after 2.00 pm. Internet is not reliable NoGood service.

    @airtelindia bakvas service. Couldnt get Internet network but sending bill on time. Bsnl is better than airtel. atleast they listen.

    I have more time twitted about this problem till not solve. 2. I have recharge with 1999/- rs prepaid plan on my and my brother no. But i cant access the bsnl tunes service on both numbers. I have twitted about this also. But till not solve from feb 2020.

    @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate @MoitOfficial 6 months ago I had tweeted to start 4G service in Pune and other major cities. I'm still waiting. Public sectors need to be competitive. With rise in tarriff by pvt players BSNL has grand market potential. Can we dare to expect 5G from BSNL?

    I wish to state that my BSNL number (07422-222354) has not been working since March26, 2020.I lodged the complaint. In spite of the complaint lodged, no action has been taken so far. I appeal to you to look into the matter City- Mandsaur(M.P.) Pin- 458001

    Visited to BSNL office akurdi, Pune. It is very unfortunate that not all official works are startimg at 10.25 am, even if the official time is 10 am. This is the problem with our country, once the person get permanent job, he/she will not do job properly.@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir We are a society of senior citizens In Suyojana Society Koregaon Park Pune. It has been 10 days our BSNL landline is down Authorities say BSNL does not have money to repair the Main Line that is broken so upgrade to FTTH and pay 5k please immediately help.

    Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321. Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

    @bsnl_care My father, a long-time BSNL subscriber, is experiencing intermittent network outages and poor signal stability. He is sometimes unable to initiate outgoing calls, and there are frequent call drops during active conversations. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.

    Airtel Fiber Issues: Trading Latency: High ping spikes during orders; lagging compared to old BSNL Ethernet. Smart Bulbs: Wipro lights won't connect due to combined 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi names. split the Wi-Fi bands and connect a direct LAN cable to my CPU. @Airtel_Presence
