    @BSNLCorporate Very poor connection in my area. Unable to do WFH. I've been using BSNL WiFi since 3-4 years. But you're not giving the satisfactory services and not even attending my calls or neither replying to mails. Going to change my provider soon.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate We are Koregaon Park Pune Suyojana Society have raised a complaint for restoration of BSNL landline but authority say we do not have money to repair and upgrade to FTTH for Rs 5 k is this how you treat all senior citizen who are your old customers?

    Previously issues with #JioFiber will get resolved within 24 hours. Now, for the past 8 days, the service engineer visit was rescheduled twice without him/her visiting my home. It is negatively impacting my work from home. Sad to see JioFiber is degrading like BSNL @JioCare
