@rsprasad SIM card of postpaid number 9408708540 of BSNL taken in Gujarat has become faulty. I have shifted to Chandigarh. BSNL has emailed that I would have to go to Gujarat to get it replaced. Can it not be done in Chandigarh. Please help.

Not even your customer care number is reachable it always says network is congested.
