  @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

  @KanganaTeam @diljitdosanjh how can a small farmer go nd sell his crops in other states?For eg. Few years back BSNL was the only service provider(govt)then many pvt. sector entered into market Jio like services gaved many types of discount earlier& now every month prices are increasing.

  @BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

  Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

  This is a new turn... i hope these BSNL employees behave professionally and help govt to revive it. I remember my exp with them once. Horrible customer care. They just let the consumer suffer.

  @BSNLCorporate Why the GSM mobile plan365 has been changed & increased to Rs. 397 at W.B? This is very unfair while other networks are still unchanged .This type of attempt can encourage to port out BSNL customer as I have already determined.

  @CMDBSNL @BSNL_RJ :- Owing to Covid we are working from home. In my area there is no other service provider hence I opted for BSNL. On the site it is mentioned that the installation is free till 30th April'21. Also, it is mentioned that no payment needs to be made at installation

  @BSNLCorporate I use Lan to access internet through bsnl fiber in YamunaNagar, Haryana. Still the speed is slower than Jio or Airtel mobile network. How is this possible?

  @vodafonein1 I have ported my number 8 months back from Vodafone to Bsnl. As on 3 jan Vodafone. Asked for 95 rs and that time o was not in India. Now my number is blocked by you. And my all bank and adhar epf OTP come on this number. What I can do now with your poor service.
