    @BaluGorade I use BSNL only since I started using mobile in 2001. But signal strength is low in many places, even at the tower.

    @BaluGorade Poor network issue is the main reason, my father use BSNL for more than 20 years he not willing to migrate but every he is facing issue for payments and cab or auto booking on various locations so we have to migrate to other network

    @VisioDrive @BaluGorade We want BSNL to compete with Corporates like Bharti Airtel, while they are always groomed as a Sarkari Department. Now suddenly because we feel corporates became too expensive, BSNL DNA can not be re-programmed overnight to provide customer oriented service and run profitably. Unless job of top management will not be linked directly to tangible value they bring, urgency to perform will not cascade.

    @BaluGorade Due to the escalating price among the corporates networks, I moved to BSNL 6 months back. Due to worst network coverage and poor service, I moved back to these corporates couple of months back.

    @BSNLEmployees i trust on bsnl because of no choice today too much costly data and no good speed no speed no service expect like price so we need bsnl as back born in telecom sector indians face major issues from data price hike - low smartphone purchasing low use of phones low revenue
