    @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Extremely poor service from BSNL. Frequent call drops, No internet at all. I am staying at District Headquarters and facing the issue. Repeatedly complaining but no response at all. Sir, as you committed kindly look in to the matter please.

With reference to your complaint (G0814175097409), we would like to inform you that as per the update received from the concerned team, due to an OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) break, the site was down. The OFC fault has been restored, and the site is now operational. Data and voice services have been checked and found to be working properly.
