@gopimaliwal And another poor point to justify IAS given by Mr Swarup is that it kept country together in tough times. This is the same logic that says keep Air India as it helps in evacuation, keep BSNL as it provided network to one remote village where no other Telco went

@rsprasad Sir I m using BSNL since last 20 years my No is 0771-2243418, but now it's service is very poor. I had made complaint on 28th Feb but without resolving closed the complaint. It is repeatedly done. No one to hear me in BSNL. Plz help me.

@BSNL_GJ As per plan should get 100 Mbps speed. Never got that height is most of the times 2 Mbps speed is what we are getting. Yesterday it was 3 kbps.I repeat 3 kbps. Registered complaints so many times never got resolution..BSNL doesn't look interested in retaining customers
