    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @devusinh Sir, BSNL Chennai not performing in right path. It's not propagating our PM's ambition of supporting BSNLas model company of providing last mile connectivity. When they can't rectify a faulty land line of 04422484718 of noisy complaint since 2020 beginning.

    @BSNL_BR The Complaint was registered in 2019 & still there is no action & 2021 is done. When will that future come? I wish that BSNL be privatized by our cabinet like other PSUs because BSNL don't care about the customers @CMDBSNL .shouting for 4G won't suffice. I am only asking for 3G

    @JN_4193 @BSNLwarriors123 @ViZzFans Bad management is responsible for bad condition of BSNL... Specially bad beaurocracy... And negligence of Govt... Never tried to give charge to a proper capable person

    @TRAI I have ported to bsnl but there is no network coverage at all. I have to wait 70more days to port to other network. This poor quality service affects my routine call related to my job. Is there a ways to port immediately?

    @BSNLCorporate never ever seen worst service like BSNL I have been using bsnl fiber connection from last few months but now m facing some problem with the connection not getting any solution from anywhere, called to customer care been to office all r same.

    @news7tamil Unless they solve the customer support, BSNL will always be in debt. Employees especially who sit in customer service desk are useless, have had enough bad experience. At least they should outsource, BSNL employees will never capture customer base.

    @pHequals7 If you thought extending a BSNL SIM plan was tough, try contacting Ola support and get your ticket resolved. :P
