    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNLCorporate my wife’s SIM suddenly stopped working. Number is linked with Aadhaar & bank accounts. Siliguri BSNL office refused SIM replacement cause Aadhaar biometric is locked and OTP cannot be received due to dead SIM. Kindly help with manual verification/reissue urgently.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN The Fibrenet keeps dropping very frequently on ECR areas in Injambakkam. Half the time, I have to depend on Airtel phone hotspot. Cant BSNL get their act together and fix the problem? I am fed up of complaining every day
