    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    Spending 1.64 lakh crores hard earned taxpayer's money to bail out disastrous BSNL is not a revdi. It is strategic investment by this government to build network less mobile phones in this country. Laudable.

    @Telecomcritic For copper broadband huge maintenance expenses are required & BSNL is not in position to invest in copper cable that's why FTTH conversion is going on with the help of vendors.

    @iamshinerk @ThePollLady Maybe during the UPA era, BSNL was purposely finished just like air india was. BSNL has a mammoth network which no one else has.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw find a remedy to wash out sarkari babu attitude still present amongst BSNL staffs from top to buttom. Despite of complaint for rectifying service they are less bothered and come up with alternatives.If BB line is down/OFC cut thn staffs will suggest u to switch to Bharat fibre.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards

    @pallaviipandey I have only jio sim…. What is the need of dual sim when all operators are offering same plan and there are only 3 service providers excluding bsnl
