    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN please look in to the high installation charge but bsnl website shows installation charges waived off till Aug 3,2021. I know bsnl is an indian specific service sector but Rs.6000 for installation can’t be provided by middle class person. Pls take action

    @aseemmanchanda Yes Give Relief To Telecom Sector And Please Also Give Some Package To Revival Of BSNL And Give MSNL Green Signal To Operate Mumbai & Delhi Also... At Last Discontinue MTNL Mobile Telephony Service (Wireless Business)...

    Sunil mittal sir, airtel Express office employees are not co-operating with costumer for releasing a mobile number ported to airtel from bsnl the number is 9420212208. Pl help to solve the issue

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, I understand arra pertains to MTNL Mumbai but if @MTNLOfficial does not give service and I cannot call then what's the use of BSNL SIM card? I want to cancel my 180days plan (997RS ) & port my number. Please approve refund. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate It’s better first make BSNL as private asset. Employees of BSNL are very lazy and they proven it they are working in government organisations. Either do their work or not they will get salary on time. That’s why, they didn’t care of customer at all. I will soon disconnect !!!

    @bsheth17 @DanishKh4n @ETTelecom Or maybe KMB is saying, you guys are creating another BSNL here.. his letter is very important because if tomorrow Vi shuts down, it will solely be the Government's responsibility, silly mistakes like a calculation error which they cannot rectify. This is a shame.
