    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLKERALA For the last 7-8 days bsnl signals are very poor in Kavaratti,Lakshadweep.Signal is fluctuating and making or receiving calls have become very difficult.Please rectify the stuation

    @sundaramshrik Not in every bsnl office but dismissing BSNL entirely ignores the fact that millions still depend on it, especially in rural areas. Improvement is slow, but progress is happening..

    @BSNL_CHTD We migrated to bsnl but you increased price or reduced validity days. Thanks. Also poor signals, network etc... Private network is standard. We feel bsnl doing this to encourage private network. Better you shut down...

    I'm a @BSNLCorporate user since 2012. And every time I have supported it. But since recently, all I want is to see this company getting doomed. My father was traveling and we were NOT ABLE TO CONTACT HIM coz his BSNL was ALWAYS OUT OF NETWORK for 5hr that too on an NH.

    @TushiJoy @BSNLCorporate You need not, because bsnl has no network in mumbai, look in six months later maybe they will cover 4g for now zero network in mumbai

    @CMDBSNL why BSNL give its customers prepaid SIM card for getting OTPs in US ? It does not work at all as TMobile is their provider in US has shut down their 2Gs/3Gs. Do they have any option to work BSNL SIM card to get OTP ? It is highly shameful for such an institution.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Don't mention stable network, daily 15 to 20 times data signals gone,none of the complaints are resolved from the past 69days,worst network,zero service,better to avoid bsnl
