    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate worst experience I bought a new BSNL SIM around one month ago, and ever since the SIM got activated, I have been receiving phone calls from random unknown numbers. I did not share my number with anyone, but still multiple people are calling me asking for someone.

    @Khurpench_ Very bad decision by BSNL, your service is not good, there is no network in the village and you are making recharge expensive, so customers can leave BSNL.

    @Khurpench_ Very bad decision by BSNL, your service is not good, there is no network in the village and you are making recharge expensive, so customers can leave BSNL.

    @KHURAPATT In short ye bsnl wale improve nahi hone wale.. mumbai me network nahi hai.. means jaha inka already itna revenue loss ho raha hai aur soch customer ko lootne ki hai.. usse acha log dusra prefer karenge..
