    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate @SBICard_Connect @TheOfficialSBI This is what 3rd class system of SBI bank and bsnl that in bsnl we can't get call many time even notification and in SBI late OTP problem.

Private carriers like airtel and jio aren’t willing to let their margins dip to develop the infrastructure and the only player bsnl is using old dsl technology as they have no competitions in these areas and continue to offer substandard experience

    @BSNLCorporate I have complain 16 Nov & 18 Nov 2021.But not no any action from bsnl sibsagar 03772. My new fiber line connected 3 Nov and Telephone not Counfigaration till now. Slow down speed limit. My complain docket no-16332744271.

    @BSNLCorporate Than why I am not reachable. It is not possible that every time I need to call I search bsnl network in phone or Climp 100 ft pole for network. If you dont know how to reach at ground level than contact jio or Vodafone Idea or airtel for Proper network.

    @Sumitsnegi @stufflistings Every telecom operator will soon follow the lead except BSNL. This move was announced months ago. Moroever this increase is not the end of it, we will see more increase till their target average revenue per customer is reached.

    @CgmTelangana How many days it takes to restore My BSNL FTTH connection today it is 6th day even after issue escalating to CGM level also no use not even responded you must on warfoot basis

    @airtelnews It is the right to teach lesson to Private players, Switch to OUR BSNL to make it more strong. BSNL's 3G is faster than Jio's 4G.... Come back to Indian largest Network BSNL.

    @bsnlpune @DoT_India no network for Bsnl for a full day today in Baramati 413102, also I have applied for shifting of telephone but though it has passed more than 25 days nothing has done. Expected to be done after the tweet.
