@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

Abu Road BSNL not working on Broadband disconnection application. keeps generating charges even discontinuation of service. I request on paper as per the officer's advice 13th January. BSNL keeps generating bills? Very disappointing @BSNL_RJ @बीएसएनएल @BSNLRajasthan

There is a big problem with new found Indian startups. They come up with a genuine idea and go down in execution. @mooofarm is one such example. Their customer support personals are pathetic. The executives sounds like what BSNL and others use to have in early 2000.
