    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD why is your mobile network got disturbance always? Not only outgoing , incoming to and from all network there is disturbance in the call. I thought only in my bsnl number.but today a bsnl customer called me in my jio number there is also disturbance..

    But this F***ing service of Idea is giving me enough motivation to PORT my SIM to either JIO/AIRTEL/BSNL. Even BSNL is FAR FAR BETTER THAN IDEA. Give me reply you @ViCustomerCare. I am not able to call even recharging with an unlimited pack. Just F***ing message me to get my no.
