    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNLCorporate its been 4 days now and my issue did not resolve. Such a poor service bsnl is providing. Now I only hope consumer forum helps me in this matter. This is harassment of customer and fraud.

    Very satisfied sleep, I guess. Why not! BJP ministers facilitate fraudsters to flee India ! CBI, CAG, ED, IT are misused only to terrorise BJP's rivals. PM, FM, RM lie to parliament! ToI prostrated before BJP. Air India, BSNL & HAL face bankruptcy due to bad policies of BJP Govt.

    @CMDBSNL BSNL speed and service is bad. Very soon we plan to shift to Jio home broadband services. Charges are also exhorbitant when compared to private operators. We face many issues.

    @savebsnlindia Sir, BSNL has launched WINGS, it's a needless service. It needs Data for voice call. It needs enquiry that why such expenditure is made for a needless service. It's really bad for our financial health.
