    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Worst service Broadband down 9 am morning still not available The local contractor phone always switched off as soon as broadband down. The bsnl officer arrogantly tell Don't call me. Atleast provide update it take this kuch time so we can manage our work

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Hello BSNL, I have bought your sim 5 months ago but from last 3 months your internet speed is not going more than 100kb. So kindly ensure the speedy network, Otherwise I will port my sim into other network operator.

    @bsnl_bhuj I have bsnl broadband connection. Now days it is not working properly. It is very slow and we pay for it Rs. 850 per month including landline connection. But we don't get satisfaction with broadband. So now I want to close my connection.

    Very very unstable mobile internet service by BSNL for last few days. When the day for launching their 4G service approaching fast can we not expect a better, stable & speedy mobile internet speed from them be it 3G or 4G ? When those days will come ?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate I want to take fiber plan please assist me, I want security money to be refundable but here they are saying it won't be. I spoke with customer care BSNL they said security money is refundable, but in CHANDERI (M.P) they are denying. PIN-473446.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL inspite of more than 10 days issue of restoring internet services on phone 02764-245341 was not resolved. It looks like harrasement to the customer who is with you for more than 30 years

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @DoT_India other mobile operator rolling out 5G services while bsnl still can't provide 4G connection properly. in my area speed of BSNL 4g remains very slow maximum time.
