    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @ShaktiAvasthy I received a call claiming that he is from BSNL and that my ported number will be shut down unless I send a sms and click on a link received. I was duped into clicking on the link after which the process of phishing for my upi began. He wanted me to send rs 10 through upi.

    @puneetsinghlive My BSNL broadband was not working properly i called many times to BSNL but they didn't solve my problem in 1 months then i replace that with Airtel. In airtel i never face any issues. Service responce is very good. Government employee are bad not company.

    @BSNL_TN some times tower gone,very poor data conntiviti I feel like they give me free bsnl not take action now my data connection 2G bsnl you really great also technical, official all great , I am very upset from bsnl network from previous 2 month.

    Now I understand whay BSNL is not in the race even though thay have 4g... No signal from last 2 days in my aria... But no one to listen ... Such a disgusting network... it's my biggest mistek to buying this sim @BSNL4G @BSNLCorporate

    after porting to #bsnl did not use internet for a single day due to the pathetic network. request you to refund @bsnlcorporate.
