    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNL_KL Due to bad customer care of BSNL (Tellicherry) I had changed by BB to Asianet. I continued my complaint of landline since the last one year with no avail. Yesterday my landline also dead. No one bothers to attend complaint till now. Is the state same in other places ?

    @nageshever @Satya3232 @K_Nageshwar BSNL died long back due to arrogance of employees n past Govts decisions to some extent … even if you pump lacs of crores it will never revive as sarkari employee mindset will not change … people always wanted bsnl but whoever had their service suffered due to pathetic services

    @DRochiramani @K_Nageshwar BSNL service was pathetic with the entry of private players people got options. I remember in 90's just before any festival the landline doesn't work the bsnl technician with arrogant attitude will come and ask for festival mamool and restore the landline.

    @BSNLCorporate @Nameis_Vishal No one look into it... As it's govt owned company so nobody cares about customer... Even I am having network and internet issue in my area from past 5years... I made complaint on complaint, no results. BSNL officer themselves marks as resolved without doing anything.

    @bsnlupe why bsnl Airfiber service is getting worse, frequently disconnects,also you charge higher than fiber connection.

    @DoT_India My issue escalated in passed as well. What action has been taken . I think no action has been taken that's why bsnl local bts didn't work when electricity cut in my area and they don't have backup plan
