    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I was user of bsnl fibre but there service is pathetic you need to buy your own router then take it to the bsnl office then a person will configure your router, again take your router back home they will call to come bsnl office and say it will take time go back to your home.....

    @Khurpench_ The government killed BSNL to favour other players. Now, the customers feel the heat. Bsnl was cheaper and better than others. Even if service issues are there, those can be resolved!

    @BHASKARANSHIVAR @FI_InvestIndia People are gobarbhakts they don't understand what good is a mobile company if it doesn't have network. To buy a bsnl or mtnl sim you have to Google or worse go to their office which is closed on weekends and at the same time others company store are near your home and open 7 days

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS My BSNL Broadband (Tel: 03713-270553) is down since 03/11/2025, 7:00 AM — still no internet till now (12:30 PM 05/11/2025). First the local operator said the cable was cut at Sipsjhar, then changed the story to Mangaldoi DC office area, 1/1

    Many Could Be Facing Problems And Complaining With BSNL But When It Comes To Recharge Plans, BSNL Is Literally Saving You From Paying Unnecessary Bucks For The Services Like SMS & Data You Won't Be Even Using Affordable BSNL Plan Means A Lot👐😡

    @AbhishBanerj It was for getting Railway to profitability. Otherwise railway accident is not news for any of these Rail ministers including current Lets get BSNL go into profitability and stability. Award will go to your minister. But, it's too poor to get 5G spectrum too

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Delhi NCR mein Signal bhi to ana chahiye. Tab to Call aur SMS ayega. BSNL disconnected my years old Prepaid NCR no which could not even receive an incoming call or sms.

    Recently ported my two number from jio to bsnl. And i think bsnl is deliberately not providing the good network. So that reliance jio could grow further. I request to @raghav_chadha to plz raise this concern as data plans are really affordable for common people. @AamAadmiParty
