    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @sweta0615 Jio launched in 2016. BJp government is single handedly responsible for destroying a cash cow like BSNL and handing Over telecom sector to Ambanis. BSNL & MTNL were strong and well established PSUs. Digital Indian depends on fiber network. This could so easily have stayed with the government. But Government helped Ambanis introduce pedatory monopolistic strategies, this broke the backbone of competition and now people do not have choices.

    @ajay43 V r witnessing this already in telecom sector. Even in urban centres connectivity is so poor. B4 when BSNL used 2 b there the rural network was fantastic. That's also gone. U can even see how they hike their tariffs slowly nowadays.

    @yabhishekhd I have to research V! & BSNL before the new year as the validity of both SIM cards is ending soon. Whenever I recharge V! & BSNL, I always end up paying more or selecting unwanted plans because of the hurry to recharge. This time, I should sit down and research this.

    @JM_Scindia @DoT_India @ictmin Sir, the BSNL link has been completely down from the last one week. Despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken. Kindly intervene and direct BSNL to restore the service urgently
