    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_OR complaint of deficient service of FTTH BB on 06742302330 still to be resolved . Online Complaint closed without attending it. I repeat,there is attempt to drive out customers from BSNL to private service providers, otherwise why no seriousness to give best service .

    @BSNL_TN Salem division .Vembadithalam village BSNL mobile tower and network problem not solved for past 7 days.This location's Union Bank branch and people's are being suffered.Issue occurs in regular intervals. Please look into this immediately and take appropriate action

    @WomanSci @samS_chirpin I read that in one article. Bharat Fibre is taking fibre connection to villages and BSNL is the one that is providing FIBRE service in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and other remote places... But I feel that a little privatisation could save the company.....it's in tatters....

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL Broadband speed is worst . I raised a complaint but no one is looking into it. Phno 06546-295008 , state : Jharkhand and district : Hazaribag. What can you do BSNL?
