    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    When talked regarding this with phonepe they told that recharge was successful from their side and my bank also gave me massage of money deduction but when I talked to BSNL customer care executive he told that they didn't get any recharge request.

    Have sent you a mail @BSNLCorporate . No internet for more than 30 hours despite filing complaint and contacting bsnl office. Feeling sad to experience this. Please do something to rectify this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we should take black then only we will have a good network? If we will not take black then we will be e facing lot of issue. Day by day Airtel is getting worst company. I give BSNL to my mom and that is much better than Airtel.

    Indian conglomerates worst enemies of our country, not only they destroy internal competition but decimate outside competition, PSUs, PSBs etc in cahoots with governments BSNL, MTNL & many more like ONGC, IOC ETC TO FOLLOW THEY KILLED VSNL SUBMARINE CABLE

    @BSNL_KOTD when other service providers are about to migrate to 5G services. The telecom giant, BSNL cannot even provide proper 3G services, leave aside 4G services.

    @rewatmahajan We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We are keen to resolve your problem. BSNL is planing 4G as per govt of india guideline . we assure you better service. please stay with BSNL
