    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNL_GJ My BSNL landline number is 079 2979 5090 with Broadband service. I have decided to quit the Broadband connection but continue the BSNL landline with the above number. If possible, I will continue the same landline only, otherwise surrender the total BSNL service.

    @BSNLCorporate We are a Corporate Customer of Bsnl Sikkim and had surrendered 3 Landlines(03592-201525, 203589,200447) on Dec'22.Till date we have been given false assurances by Sr A o Mrs Zimba n A.o Mr Kundu but security deposit still not refunded.

    @BSNL_PB I am using BSNL fiber internet connection but unfortunately i am not satisfied with your service. Currently i am working from home and daily internet connection loss 4-5 hours. An today it’s totally dead, i also registered complaint on CC number but no positive response
