    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @Prashantst7036 @reliancejio @airtelindia No u didnt understand this logic. After launch of 5G Jio is far ahead. Vodafone idea is debt ridden , is constantly loseing subscribers ,their 4G network quality is degrading and they dont have capital to fund and start 5G. Same is the case of Bsnl. So both these will shut down

    @BSNLCorporate Guys stop stopping services when not recharged within a week , does that make any sense if bsnl is secondary sim and customer may want to recharge in a cyclic manner and the moment u hold svcs ,Its a big No from customer .

    @BSNLCorporate I have contacted the local bsnl contractor but it's the 3rd day he is not responding and because of this awful service customer are switching to other operator.

    @TRAI I purchased @BSNLCorporate BSNL prepaid plan of ₹599 which had 5gb per day data for 84 days now after 1month company changed it to 3gb per without any notice. It's so unfair. I need help hoping for Justice .Should I go to consumer court.

    @bsnl_ap_circle "Dear Customer, Complaint number 130766094642 on phone number 040-23511016 has been resolved. Kindly contact 1500 or 18003451500 for any further queries." - response received today from BSNL, but the status is that nobody attended to the problem.
