    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @BSNLCorporate as I already told you I have an active plan of ₹1098 (BSNL 3g) your plan says it is unlimited. why you guys are not able to fix the issue. you are taking too long still my problem is not resolved. if you are not able to do it then just get me the refund for that.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle Again the same problem with my BSNL FIBER. , I can't access net... What the hell service is??? Concerned officer has swich off the mobile no. Given to them... Any one have the sure shot twitter handle regarding this???

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe @BSNL_UPW it’s been 24 hours since I bought BSNL Sim but till now I am not able to complete the tele verification. Each time I call 1507 they ask to call after 2 hours due to technical issue tele verification application is down, help please🙏🏻.

    @rsprasad ji, I am a senior citizen, lost my mobile today morning while travelling by train. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the SIM blocked even after several calls to #BSNL customer service on flimsy grounds like spelling of my name doesn’t match. Pls help.

    @reliancejio Last few days jio network shows real face jio and co group. 4G becomes 2G speed. Time to save other network. Especially BSNL I am getting very good speed when compare with Jio
