    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

Plz read: BSNL was gaining new customers despite the entry of private players untill 4 years ago.. when the current govt screwed up everything.... 4 years ago. BJP was ruling india...

    @AshwiniVaishnaw namasthe sir in our area BSNL tower is their but 4g signal is not their i mean not installed. Here most of people using bsnl networks please develop the signals in our area plz fix the 4g. Pincode 521156 nidumolu.

    @BSNLCorporate Now other telecom company testing 5G services,but till now BSNL is in 3G mode and gives his 4G services in September..Why are you backside to other telecom service provider,What is the reason is that till now BSNL is 3G mode,why are u too late and not gives competition other

    @BSNL_CG_Circle can't register complaint on bsnl app Or complaint number 1800 345 1500. In app says complaint type doesn't match when entered landline and broadband. While complaint number is not able to register the area code!!

    @ViCustomerCare worst network ever even worst than bsnl 604206 is my location here when power cut happened we are not getting signal after power comes only the signal come back we will miss all calls then what is the reason to recharge? **** off 🤬🤬 vi shutdown your network.

    @BSNLCorporate #BSNL is the very very bad internet service provider. They know have a simple dialogues " sorry for inconvenience.....". We don't needs your dialogues just we want good internet speed and network connection. I had complaint day by day but no response very bad.
