I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@rsprasad @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Sir i am waiting for bsnl ftth connection from 4th mar. They installed modem on 23rd mar evening. Till now my connection is not activated. They say phone no will be activated 2days after ftth activated. Is this your team's service. Kindly help
