    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @UnionBankTweets SIM service provider is BSNL and I am using the same for my SBI , Axis & other banks as well. It is fine. It is a problem with your App & IT

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @ianuragthakur Bsnl is talking about 5G and we are not able to call or msg through our 3G sim. Pathetic and poor service. Not only this, we are unable to talk with customer care no.1503. Please see and direct the concerned. Location: Buxar, Bihar.

    @Airtel_Presence Unable to make calls to any BSNL Landline number since yesterday. Had this similar problem 2 months ago.

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate it's hereby to inform with heavy heart , bsnl didn't take my complaint seriously,, and there is to much lag in broadband internet service... Pls rectify my issue as soon as possible Circle : Punjab LL no. 0175-2373583

    @BSNLCorporate I raised a complaint this morning to my local bsnl exc @ 8am regarding cable cut in my area but no has even bothered answering my call or messages let alone taking any action, this is very unprofessional from bsnl I’ve always had a problem with local bsnl service
