    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @CRED_support Enquired with bsnl customer care and got to know that the recharge was not done yet but here it shows payment was successful and it's been 2 days. Check from your end and resolve it or else please initiate the refund. @CRED_club @CRED_support

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Pls take action against BSNL as they're charging amount forcefully from customers. I've not received the rebate of 248rs yet even after the fault is from BSNL officer's end. No one bother to resolve the issue and the complaints have been closed without any resolution

    @pib_comm Why BSNL services are getting so pathetic day by day? BSNL self want us to switch and leave their network. In my area whenever light goes. Signal as well Broadband goes. Plz solve this issue. It disturbs my work and no one can communicate me due to no network.

    @BSNLCorporate I have put up a complaint on BSNL website for phone line dead on 25 July 2022.. It's been almost one month neither the phone is working nor have I received any communication for the same.. Complaint ID 1059082920 area is pimpri chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra..

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL is still on 3G and that too with worst Internet speed of less than 0.5mbps. Sir Kindly do something to improve services of bsnl atleast for the poor and common man of the country.
