  I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

  @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

  @shankjbs175 @kaliyuga_surfer I did port to BSNL last year and the network coverage was so bad that I needed to buy another sim as porting back within 90 days wasn't possible. BSNL is definitely not the option as of now.

  I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. 📍Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence.   @JM_Scindia @Dev_Fadnavis @CMOMaharashtra Sir Ji, We are expecting better service from BSNL. But due to it's a Govt institution no body bother about at leat timely service. Very serious issue of brodband service from BSNL Poor response Careless attitude
