@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@BSNL_Gurgaon been 2 days and the phone has again gone dead. The cycle never seems to end. Try calling 0124-2570510 and it would say the number doesn't exist & check the number you've dialed. Will we ever have an uninterrupted landline experience with @BSNL??

@BSNLCorporate I had issued a complaint on slow internet connection but they haven't solved it yet I comaplined on 18-5-2021 if this continues then I will take legal action against bsnl India

Those who say save BSNL do not take BSNL service. Save air India but they will not travel in air india. Similarly they will go to privet noursing home,convent school,privet bank

@BSNL_MH At.po.- Ankisa,Ta:-Sironcha, Dist-Gadchiroli pin-442504 (MH) Areas BSNL tower not working properly from long back. many more times signal problem in a day. We suffering very heavy problem of the one &only tower having our area and it's giving lack of signal service

@BSNLCorporate Because of what reasons this LINK is getting down again & again for internet. This is the answer by local vendor of you. And why this happens in Gadchiroli. Means is it not considered as important city to use internet or it's useless in view of BSNL.
