    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    @StocksResearch And they get fund from 100cr customer , now minimum 100₹+ p.m by all 5 ( 3 pvt and 2 psu ( bsnl/mtnl) ) extra ordinary price hike witch affect directly 20-25cr telecom customer !

    Bsnl landline number 05622600483 is inactive since more than 5 month...no response after may complaint on 18001801500.wanted to have govt company but this much delay is forcing to change the operator...I think that's why is going in loss...gross negligence
