    @BSNLCorporate from kaghaz nagar n m unable to understand y u ppl won't respond properly I had been calling ur JTO mr Thirupathi he is not answering my call n my issue is m not receiving ur bsnl broadband servicesyet I hv to pay bill how come is dis correct respond immediately

    @amitjain5 For existing service customer care is a joke @reliancejio. Its 28 hours since I made first complaint about fibre connection. Hence what you say is another of great Jio jokes to fool gullible customers. As customers increased service quality nose dived. Jio is like BSNL these days

    @JM_Scindia @bsnl_care Suggestions for this poor telecom service provider @bsnl 1 Improve your network coverage 2.Provide online rekyc facility for existing consumers. 3.Train your staff and make them more professional as they are very rude and highly inefficient in their work

    I have given port in req in BSNL from Airtel for esim after porting I got email of QR from bsnl for esim but its been 11 hours no signal is there i switched of on the phone many times and customer care dont even knw abt it n said number not showing @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @TRAI
