@bsnl_tt m from kaghaz nagar n m unable to understand y u ppl won't respond properly I had been calling ur JTO mr Thirupathi...he is not answering my call n my issue is m not receiving ur bsnl broadband services...yet I hv to pay bill...how come is dis correct respond immediate.

@RavinderKapur2 I disliked BSNL because it still has one of the worst services so far. If better players are coming in, society will gain benefits out of it.

@AshwiniVaishnaw I applied for wings service, not activated till now, visited BSNL office to activate it, officer said call customer service we don't know how to activate this, called the same representative replied visit BSNL office. @BSNLCorporate

@Cryptic_Miind Why ******** should modi gov revive bsnl now, they killed it and now when everyone will have 5g they will improve bsnl 4g which will be like bsnl3g which is like banl 2g, so in reality its just wastage of 1.64 lakh crores

3. Pathetic customer services: BSNL shows its true colors when it comes to customer & feedback services. Being a govt Co. it's employees are habitual of not doing work, hungry for undue fin. benefits, existing just for job security.

@Cryptic_Miind NDA has retired employees forcefully, UPA didn't allow BSNL bid for 3G,4G. NDA sold all real estate. Those who blame BSNL for poor service should know the rural network they created painfully by carrying heavy equipments on backs. Now revival?

@Ravisutanjani Have a bsnl SIM since childhood. Yet to see the 4G signal on ios. Bsnl is a perfect example of how a profitable can be destroyed using the corrupt governments and bureaucracy!
