Is this the definition of "diligent working" ? How can I expect them to resolve issues

BASIL MARAYA (@MarayaBasil) reported@bsnl_care Via BSNL sim, same location. There's slight improvemnt in ur service. But it's not satisfactory. BSNL 4G vanished at around 22:15 & didn't return till 23:27. I don't know whethr it returnd aftr I went off 2 sleep. But at 7 am there was no 4G. Now it's availble & so I could post.
