Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

I myself have purchased a SIM a few months ago under the ₹1 offer without extra SIM charge. Please Help me

Anand Sri (@anand_ttr) reported@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL 3. So we tried calling #BSNL cust care by dialing 1503, but the call doesn't connect to, but hangs. By mistake if it connects, it is getting disconnected within few secs. Then how the hell cust will reach cust care. #BSNL mobile service is lousy. 4/5

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.

I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

Saurabh (@SaurabhCapt) reported@Ravisutanjani Government looted 3.22 lakh crores of public money in the cover of @BSNLCorporate . Remember Sangam Snan of one of their officials a few months ago? There are lakhs of such visits. Government has no business in business. @JM_Scindia shut down BSNL.

CMP-RS GHAT (@Naga_smv) reported@JM_Scindia Shri Scandia, I am one of those customers of BSNL fed up of the services offered by BSNL. Registered a NO INTERNET complaint, on 080 23241920. Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

I was initially using jiofiber, however faced some intermittent issues with their router, otherwise it was fine, hence switched to airtel xstream which is worse. Wanna switch again. Please advise #bsnl #jiofiber
