    @bsnl_tt m from kaghaz nagar n m unable to understand y u ppl won't respond properly I had been calling ur JTO mr Thirupathi...he is not answering my call n my issue is m not receiving ur bsnl broadband services...yet I hv to pay bill...how come is dis correct respond immediate.

    @BSNL_OR Bsnl Fibre optic isn't working since 3 days. Finally we got a number of someone of your service centre, cuttack. When we contacted him, he misbehaved. Thanks for such unprofessional service of BSNL. Please Get my wifi fixed.

    @BSNLCorporate Despite repeated complaints And promises of resolving in 24 hours bsnl has neither looked into my complaints nor rectified my internet issue pH-no 01412796922 this is a regular complaint,happens every week. It's high time now, BSNL must look into this sternly

    I have BSNL FTTH new connection at 8th April 2021 but voice service is still not active from Satara Head office, State Maharashtra. If activation officer not present then why there is no any person available to complete the customer services. Act immediately. #BSNL
