    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @bsnl_care I tried bsnl customer care after selecting 15 option selected customer care thn a person answered with a back ground bep thn no response after 2 mins hung up.kya yehi ghante ki service de rahe hou I have a valid plan need to port n ur not allwing the sms go through

    @SayantikaSays Product wise Airtel is good but customer service is pathetic. They don't listen and understand your issue and often screw up working setup. Be careful. BSNL customer service is even more pathetic.

However, the primary concerns were BSNL and roads. We also discussed matters related to roads that are currently under construction. I have repeatedly said that officials must attend these meetings, but the same problem arises every time, and some of them do not turn up..."
