  @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

  @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate Anakkampoyil,a mountain village in Kerala doesn't have BSNL network when power is down. The nearest trauma care hospital is 40 km away and @BSNLCorporate expects the villegers to run and inform the ambulance service when the power is down and its all dark in the hill side.

  @CMDBSNL is the BSNL is about to get sold to JIo as since long time there are no update on bsnl services since long time most of BTS of Bsnl location are given to jio by rent because that location bsnl network became week no new engineer hired as bsnl employee as JTO,SDE,GM,AM

  I have an issue with OTP. I am unable to get Hotstar OTP on my phone number. I have tried almost all fixes but the issue is not solved. I have a BSNL Bihar sim card and currently my number is in Delhi roaming. Please look into it ASAP @BSNL_BR @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw sir please solve the issue soon. In 5g era bsnl can't provide stable 3g connectivity. When power supply is unavailable in our area there is no network. Then why should we opt for bsnl??? Such pathetic service from @BSNL_OR

  @Airtel_Presence Today, airtel Fiber totally dead. Even customer care ensure that till 4 pm it will resume, but still not working. Service like dead BSNL.
