Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

BSNL Vo-Wifi doesn't work on most Mobiles. 4G as a service launched in the Mumbai City area also doesn't work. The network goes completely dead in the Mumbai area. Promises are meant to be broken, BSNL.
