    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @DoT_India My uncle Arun Apte age 80 resident of Karve Road Pune, is made to run from pillar to post by bsnl for restoring landline no. Since last 2 months the phone is dead. Reason given is metro work. No written complaint accepted by bsnl. Harassment by bsnl.

    @BSNL_KTK @w_nirajjha With this type of poor service BSNL is not making their case any stronger at least in our area. With competition in the area now,BSNL should improve their service but its rather getting worst. You need to act fast on this otherwise you will start loosing customers including us.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL I am reporting live still its not get fixed. But why this kind of interruption happens in every month. It happens #frequently please pay attention for that. BSNL u have everything best recharge pack & internet speed but that kind of issues drops BSNL #fame.
