    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @airtelindia I have a complaint about the phone...outgoing calls are coming from all over the world, 1st call is coming from cyber announcement, the phone is ringing...daily 10 or more outgoing calls are coming from the phone, it is very annoying. No problem jio & Bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL 4G is the worst. I'm only getting 5 to 7 Mbps in 4G, even though there's a BSNL tower in my home at 641607 Kongu Nagar. It takes so much time to connect a call, SMS messages aren't sending properly, and I can't even verify UPI apps. First implement 4g properly.

    @Ravisutanjani Yep Indian post should had been top bank but it closed at 1pm BSNL at 4pm While it has the best customer If u want to withdraw 50 k to 1l from post office u need to say a day before

    While all the pvt companies have more than 98% uptime for 2G and 4G. What about BSNL it's so low that they can't think of publishing it. Price is one factor but quality of network is supreme that's why u r not gaining new users. People can pay more for reliable services.

    @Ravisutanjani Yeah privatized everything, if you are poor you must not travel. If you can't pay you must not use phone , pf amount should be put in stock , bsnl already shorthand for jio, and denied bandwidth should be sold

No information to the customer regarding the time of availability of the connection ….stop quantum 5G and correct the basics..treat us as humans

    @bsnl_care In west Bengal Hooghly district BSNL 4G is very bad, no volte service till now.
