    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate My BSNL Bharat Fiber/Wi-Fi connection is repeatedly getting disconnected. It works for 1–2 days and then stops working again. This issue is happening frequently. Please arrange a proper technical inspection and provide a permanent solution.

    Hello @bsnl_care @BSNL_OR when I am raising a ticket for slow internet issue on bsnl fiber , the ticket is getting routed the local vendor who has nothing to do with slowness issue, let me know what's the process to reach out your core network team who can address my issue

    @SidharthKourav Iam using bsnl 4g good coverage in my area speed upto 12mbps ithink it is enough to use Instagram and yt 1080p.But call quality is poor sometimes call will simply decline.

    @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Never use please, they are corporate crim.... they do business to make profit. Unfortunately Trai became the silent partner of those corporates instead of voice of consumers. Our current govt plans to lure the people in multiple ways from tax to e20. Even bsnl dont care abt thm
