    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    Infact couple of times my complaint was closed without any solution or staff visiting. Customer care calls drops without getting any explanation. What is going on bsnl? Let me know if you don't want us to use your service. We will change to someone else.

    .. actually they both did the same.. yes reason behind this if due to price hike anyone wants to port then they have to pay unlimited plan price.. which customer will never do . but one doubt why #jio raised the issue.. when this will be the duty of #BSNL

    @BSNL_JK Ported my number 9596413166 from Airtel to BSNL. Collected my Sim From Awantipora exchange after payment of 300 towards two months recharge and Sim cost. Today airtel stopped signal but unable to use my bsnl sim. Called 1507 for tele verification but all in vain.

    @MotoSolutionsAP I have mobile Moto G Turbo Edition. I have purchased on 01 Dec 2021 BSNL Post Paid Tarif Plan of Rs 199. But network is not available, call and SMS facility available. Can you convey proper settings of access point settings of BSNL net ?

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @BSNLCorporate does Indian telecom PSU have any responsibility towards the customers? That also after payment is done ? There is no support for Activation at all. FIX IT or REFUND or I'm going to NCH. Really, if BSNL can't handle stuff , privatization is required.

    @DeshBha29602698 @ITDC_theashok There r hundreds of such inserts across psu because someone at top wants. Surely the system is all u scratch my back n I urs. BSNL became what it was like this. Govt can run psu well only when it’s intent is that way top down. Rbi case differnt -IAS with yrs in revenue serv

    In our area 263159 Bsnl broadband is not working from yesterday and it is impacting our work from home activity but no one responding to resolve that. Is it how u guys are proving customer support ??? Please resolve this issue asap @BSNL_UKD @CMDBSNL
