    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir I a sr citizen (76) living in Bangalore and with BSNL for more than 35 yrs has this problem of being elicit response from them being directed from pillar to post WiFi system is out need it for paying bills hope you understand they operate thro’vendor-Vinutan

    I tried everything, visited @bsnl office 7 times, called many not-working bsnl officers and what not. Please help at least here on social media to show that bsnl actually works. My contact numbers is- 9584511433

    @BSNL_OR Thanks BSNL to act on 3G network on short notice..From yesterday 3G network is coming but not seamless data..When data is cut, Every time there is 3G network but youtube is buffering & no site is opening..Please help.. THAMKS IN ADVANCE.. Pin - 757036 TATO, Biunria

    @cgm_mh_bsnl After being a customer of BSNL for 08 years writing this with utmost disappointment. BSNL fiber broadband is available in entire pune but not in a central govt establishment i.e., NDA, Khadakwasla, Pune. No official is taking initiation in this reg.. @BSNL_MH
