    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @BSNLCorporate Very worst service👎👎.. Agents are technically not capable enough..Customer care service guys doesn't bother at all about the issue that end user is facing..There is no proper response and resolution from any Team of BSNL.. Poor service ever seen

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad please take action at least against who closed the complainant without resolving. It's scam by vendor. Every scam is not coal scam. These kind of wrong update by bsnl vendor is also a scam. It's our money. We are getting third class service by @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNLCorporate It means the subscribers in that area should opt for Jio or Airtel. Both networks are working well. The subscribers should leave BSNL and port Sim in another network? I am too loyal to stay with BSNL. I will purchase another sim of Jio. In case problem is sorted out, tell me.
