    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @santhosharul9 @TelecomTalk This is non-sense man!! BSNL is not working properly since before 2014. Second thing is that, no any government choked BSNL. BSNL was choked and has been choked by it's employees. Because they think themselves as "Sarkari Babu" And they are corrupt "very much"

    Sir when I asked about said internet connectivity issue my champion vle sonu bala reply that there is payment issue between bsnl and csc.pls take Immediate action on this issue many internet customer and vle suffering without internet.

    The bsnl service is going downhill day by day. To even modify the plan of my bsnl FTTH I have to run hoops around bsnl service still nothing has been done and no one contacted me also. When I call bsnl service centre they cut the call. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL
