    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    They are not employee centric people. ITS fraternity think of themselves as GODs in BSNL. They don't value JEs. This department neither function like company nor PSU nor govt dept. Its some kind of weird hybrid mixture of all in a worst possible way. ITSs are the policy makers

    @Rajput_Pahadi_R @KrisNair1 Absolutely Modiji always supported Indian companies but any clue why not public sector companies like ntpc, even earlier modiji promoted Jio over bsnl. I am sure thr would be some good reason behind it coz modiji never does anything wrong just curious

    @AshwiniVaishnaw In my village no 3G network available of BSNL and no proper coverage of 2G So available 4G network in my village Gram Panchayat Mokhtiyarpur Pin code- 851133 Begusarai, Bihar no one is able to use BSNL service in my village so please provide proper signal of BSNL @mokhtiyarpur
