@prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Namaskar, Sir I am from Bheden,Dist.- Bargarh, Odisha. Sir I am just 2 kilometres far from the Block headquarters but the BSNL NETWORK didn't reach to my house / village. Sir please solve the problem.
