    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate please do something with the connectivity issue of BSNL in my area, pin 743126 and nearby area, we do want to support BSNL but the network issues are the main problem. The mobile internet doesn't work here and there is issues with calls as well.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Hi, now I can understand why people are leaving BSNL cause of BSNL employees, I've raised problem ticket 1055896860 13 jan but till now no update. India BSNL employees are sleeping. Time to leave BSNL
