@prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

@BSNLCorporate Applied for BSNL DLT registration 15 days ago and paid ₹5900 through the official portal. My application is still stuck in "Pending for Verification." I’ve already emailed Gujarat support multiple times and made several calls, but there has been no response at all

@Ravisutanjani Fair point. Network upgrades matter, but if people can’t easily reach BSNL store or service center, the experience breaks halfway. Good network + easy access = real revival.
