    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint number : 128186698832 Even after informing concerns about low speed bsnl is not even mitigating problem. What action should we take, but bill will getting on time to pay. Bsnl is for paying bills or providing service???
