    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @IamRajii @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate Bsnl was an excellent service provider once. Sadly, like a backstabbing- central minister owning the telecommunications promoted a private company where he has good number of shares. It is really a shameful thing to give everything in private hands forgetting what service means

    Some Telecom companies are gearing up for launching 5G services in India but still lots of areas are not having stable mobile coverage in country.Such area must be covered atleast 2G coverage for smooth connectivity of GSM Network.Only BSNL is doing better work in this direction.

    @rsprasad Respected Sir Jai Hind I belongs to Holy City Colony Tarn Taran punjab and want to install BSNL FIBRE connection at my home. bsnl officials ask me if can install connection if minimum 10 homes from your colony interested to install. Pls help me out

    @syam_narikkot have you ever seen KSEB being held accountable despite it being one of the very average DIscom in India? Because people dont know any better. We started ditching BSNL the moment we got better standard of customer service from private companies.

    @rsprasad @PrakashJavdekar cmpnt agnst poor srvc of BSNL at Maynaguri, Jalpaiguri,WB Despite reptd cmplnts, they did not take any positive action about fixing the problem of my land.Therefore I visited to office today at 12 pm ,None of the staff, including SDE&J.T.O.
