    @cgmbsnlmp Sir 27th feb 2020, BSNL Mobile tower installed at CoBRA Camp Dist - Balaghat( Pin - 481115 ) is not working properly. Local officers are not paying any attention . Please do something from your end.

    If Vi genuinely wanted to save the company, it should have offered cheaper and more attractive plans so that users from Jio and Airtel would have an incentive to switch to Vi. BSNL has understood this strategy and is offering affordable plans, but its biggest problem is network coverage and service quality

    @yatinmota There are lot of network issue in airtel and jio ..I have ported to BSNL in one sim …I feel happy with plan and customer service they offer

    @bsnl_care Your team is always working hard since a year to resolve my issue by closing the docket or complaint simply mentioning issue resolved. The recharge done for a year Is like a donation to bsnl and not for service. Check the outgoing data since 05-08-2025 & then reply.

    It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care

    @SidharthKourav Using the both in West Bengal - Kolkata location --- vi is quiet good here - No data limit --- stable but slow as compared to Jio/airtel . BSNL is good for calling or a number which you want OTP only and for calls sometime.

    @reliancejio I ported my No. from BSNL to Jio and received the new Jio SIM, but there has been no network/service for a week. Customer care keeps saying activation will take some time, but there is still no resolution. Very disappointed. Plz resolve this urgently. #Jio #JioCare
