Inspite of several telephonic complaints, nothing done .

Vishal (@tri_vis) reported.@airtelindia recently switched to Airtel. Hope for better network coverage than BSNL, but even it's wifi calling is not working properly at my area. When raised, Airtel said my device doesn't support it. 🙄 Samsung s20 fe 5g inherently supports it. Still Airtel making excuses.

If customers pay full money why should they get full services. why @TRAI has given power to stop consumers switching network if bills are unpaid even if bills and not genuine. So why not any penalty for service providers also
