bandwidth issue at Sarthebari BSNL exchange PIN 781307 under SSA Bongaigaon Assam. maximum speed of Bharatfiber is 60-70 mbps even when I purchased 300 mbps.. Overhead of 2kms of optic fiber cable near Gahia is required, pending for years. @himantabiswa @keshab_mahanta @BSNL_AS
