    @Sivakumarps18 Sir /madam It is a FRAUD message. Beware of fraudulent messages/calls .Bsnl never asks such details to any random no.s or any link .Don’t ever share personal details with callers from unknown /suspicious no.s . In case of any doubt call 18001801503/1503 or visit nearby csc .

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir its 7 days now, children are doing online classes and now exams are on. My complaints are not being attended by BSNL . I have written to you also almost 4 times now. No help received so far.
