    @BSNLCorporate few days ago i recharged my bsnl fiber but yet my fiber is not recharged,portal shows "recharge pending".I contacted many times to BSNL customer care but no result.@BSNLCorporate get my problem solved immediately.

    @BSNL_KTK As suggested to change the router by bsnl I have changed the router to tplink acher A9. And getting disconnection issue again. I am unable to work from home due to this. Connection no 08212970631.will this issue ever be solved?

    @DoT_India Hi , its been two days and my BSNL Wifi is not working in Jalandhar.I logged web complaint yesterday and called customer care yesterday and today but no technician visited my home.Please direct concerned authorities as I didn't get positive reply from customer care.

    @YusufDFI Not entirely true. Before RCom launches Mobile , Airtel & MTNL, BSNL etc used to charge Rs 18/-minute for outgoing & Rs 7-8/- for incoming. In a revenue share model. Present mess is mainly due to AGR dues which telcos didn’t provide in books. No denying multiple fees a problem.
