    @BSNL_MP_Circle user raises complaint and your system just make it resolved without any action , is this the way bsnl works what kind of SLAs u have and on what basis complaints are marked as resolved without resolution. No one takes responsibility just a disgrace.

    @badjourno Govt (&retd) employees get discount from BSNL, despite poor network. People retain it & additional # for active calls. Competition made BSNL outsource their fibre connection at the customer level and they're responsive than the PSU. Speed is still iffy.

    Tejas Network the main red flag is order-book and inventory conversion. A ₹1,500 crore BSNL add-on order was expected in Q1 and remained pending by Q4. second red flag is cash conversion: receivables are nearly 3x FY26 revenue, while debt is high.
