    @BSNLCorporate Sir thanks for your quick response and support. Finally I can't used the 4g network. And we have to think about for switch in to other operator service. As we need of high speed data internet which is not possible in BSNL service because BSNL is running 10 year back than market.

    I understand that BSNL is going through a tough time....why don't you shut shop if you are incapable of doing business so that we consumers can look for an alternative? It is only the consumer loyalty that is making us to hang on.....

    @AttriNiraj @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate Complaint number is 1056771085, it's been 2 days and yet no solution or update. When ever power goes down, BSNL internet goes down with it and we have to work on Mobile hotspot, thanks to #Airtel

    @CGM_GUJ_BSNL @BSNL_GJ I am a bsnl customer since many years in BHUJ gujarat. My phone and broadband line is dead from almost 20 days. filed complaint But still no solution. Why this is so late. my no is 02832-244251. Very pathetic condition.

    @amazonIN I recharged my BSNL no. dt. 30.04.2022 in Amazon UPI & got confirmation massage that your recharge successful but when contacting BSNL customer care they told me that there is no recharged done on Dt. 30.4.22.I contacted both AMAZON & BSNL care bt result nil.

    @BSNL_AS Hello Sir my 4 business phones in Jorhat 2321248, 2322169, 2322991, 2322992 are dead for past so many months We are paying bills regularly but your technician never turn up Looks like BSNL is deliberately loosing out to JIO etc, with this rotten service

    I am using bsnl fiber , and there is no internet from morning ,i was trying to talk with customer care of @BSNLCorporate and finally i was able to connect with customer care and she ask `SIR KYA APP MERI AWAAJ SUN PA REHE HAI' and than she hang out call.
