  -Networks like @ACTFibernet who have better network infrastructure and technicians in place to solve any issues with stipulated amounts of time unlike BSNL where there is no time frame for repair it could be indefinite . Even with calling the technicians daily to get the issue

  @BSNL_RJ your fiber net is not quality maintain daily shut down, I am not happy and cost to install very high so not able to switch on another . We take risk when adopted bsnl but u r not trustworthy..

  @BSNLCorporate Every week network drop for couple of days.When I asked the third party network provider tells me its not their duty to solve. Okay I understand, when tried to call customer care, after giving problem details call drops automatically and saying " thanks for using bsnl services"

  Dear @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I am using bsnl sim from last 4 months. But the network of BSNL never lasts. For the last 7 days, there is no network, no call, nor internet is working in the SIM continuously. Your customer care also does not get call.
