    Respected @JM_Scindia ji, 73-yr-old mother's BSNL number 945370** (10+ yrs in use, linked to Aadhaar & bank/OTPs) suddenly stopped working. Jhansi office says it's allocated to someone else & KYC was never done. Application + evidence already submitted. Please help reissue.

    @venkat_fin9 Yes, they were happy in waiting, intermingling with people while standing in queues. Slow trains, Slow narrow roads, Load shedding, forcing people to come out and play. No internet, wait for BSNL for months,

    @JM_Scindia @airtelindia And then there is BSNL. The government has a telecom operator of its own — but years of underinvestment, slower network expansion and service-quality gaps have meant that BSNL isn't yet a realistic alternative for millions of consumers.
