    Its because Govt people ask BIG FAT salary and do corruption **** to revamp the office like Kejriwal did. I went to a office of my uncle who is BSNL officer. IDK now but it is was crazy bad then. Corruption to the neck. This is what will happen.

    @BSNL_KTK my Sony LIV OTT is not since one week, we pay thousands of bills, there is no customer care in BSNL.

    @nch1915 did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

    @ViCustomerCare the delay service attitude pushing you to reduce the customers to vi. Inspite of huge losses you are still not active. Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

    @bsnl_care reminder 2 You haven't paid any attention yet, which means you want us to terminate your service. Neither did you give any call nor did any technical support contact us. Your action shows that you want us to terminate BSNL service now.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate My BSNL sim blocked. I want PUK CODE to unblock it. Your customer care executive not attending the call. Please help me for getting my PUK. I can share my details whatever is needed. I am out of station can't go to BSNL office right now.

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    @Ravisutanjani Government looted 3.22 lakh crores of public money in the cover of @BSNLCorporate . Remember Sangam Snan of one of their officials a few months ago? There are lakhs of such visits. Government has no business in business. @JM_Scindia shut down BSNL.
