    @reliancejio Ported my Jio postpaid number (ending with 2030) to BSNL in March 2025. Due to unpaid ₹14.19 bill (missed unknowingly), BSNL deactivated my SIM. Now I can't pay Jio online without the account number. @JioCare please help with account details to restore my SIM.

    @Moto_Support @motorolaindia My Moto G45 5G smartphone fails to provide proper internet access when using a BSNL 5G SIM. Same sim is working fine with another smartphones. In this phone it only shows 4G and an exclamation mark with no internet access. I want a proper solution

    @BSNLCorporate All BSNL landlines are down at our hospital in Palwal, Haryana for the past 2 days. We’ve contacted the local SDO, JTO, and vendor, but the issue is still unresolved. Urgently request support. Docket no: BSNL-HA-2025-CU-07291753800726
