  @MiG008 BSNL Fiber Lane has been provided to Vidyanagar Post Office on 28.12.2023 and now no any network problem at Vidyanagar Post Office. However network problem may occured due to some technical reasons or PAN India issue. Inconvenience caused to customer is regretted.

  @DoT_India There is no action from anyone in #BSNL. The power back up issue still persists. There is an expected power cut tomorrow in our area during which the services of #BSNL will not be available. No one in #BSNL Karnataka is bothered to resolve the issue. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

  @malnadkoos BSNL is closed but customers are getting such gud service with Jio and other pvt players. Most developed countries have such models. If Jio didnt live upto the expectations after capturing the mkt, then u shd point out. Don’t just rant some nonsense.

  The FTTH internet is not working even now & the local level BSNL personnel are not very helpful in resolving this issue promptly & this is seriously impacting the customers who use BSNL FTTH for various work related purposes. Could someone please say what to do to resolve this?
