@gajendra4bjp can you please look into it this is for khargone BSNL they are not taking care of it. they just asking to switch on another network we are not able to provide service

@CMDBSNL Sir its sad to see the infra condition of Bsnl, from past 3 days the internet is not working properly but the babus over here in Jammu and Kashmir do noy care, they only care about the money nothing else and from their talks its still feel like we are living in 2000s

I called the bsnl customer support after patiently waiting in the queue for my call to get connected the customer support people talking totally in a ignorant and utter pathetic manner. Not providing any details or even a proper resolution.
