    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate , today I called to bsnl customer service 18001801503 for some complaint. You can not believe the waiting time to talk to representatives is 49 minutes and still my issue is not resolved. Is good to say bhai sahab nahi lagega.

    Facing these issues very regularly, and this apparently is not related to heavy rains recently. Looks like the alternate configuration can give us stable connectivity and it has pending action from BSNL side for months. Request you to expedite.

    @puffin_pipe @Jayant28500535 But it's way better than others in the area where Jio or others not available. In my area Jio is not providing service so went for BSNL and surprisingly they r giving service better than expected. Have to compromise somewhere in this situation.

    Since last week BSNL fiber conn in VivaCity, Kannivakkam, Guduvanchery, PIN-603202 is facing daily outage for hours. Our work and kids OL classes are totally disturbed. @BSNL_CHTD, @BSNLCorporate, please help. An alternate route config as suggested by the technician may help.
