@DRochiramani @K_Nageshwar Mr. Dinesh, Who on earth informed you that BSNL/MTNL was forced on VRS to help Jio ? BSNL/MTNL had 1,53,000 employees before VRS and Jio even today has 20,000 employees and you can see the difference in delivery of services by both companies. BSNL was another AIR INDIA.

@Cyberdost sir my aunt received a message from an unknown number about sim kyc expiry. They claim As bsnl customer care.When I called that number I came to know it's a fraud who asks people to install team viewer so that they can access mobile and cheat. Please take action.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @BsnlCmd Sir when bsnl will improving their services. I don't have the words to describe the poor quality of network. I think bsnl is not a part of Digital India. Complaint not attending and giving poor reply.
