Very poor customer service by bsnl mobile i try more 5hrs to connect with customer care but every time line busy waiting msg and i get msg your service stoped due to not recharge mobile no i dont know why they cant compete with jio or airtel @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_PB I recharge on 24 june with 399 amount deduct but till now day not regarge done and not refund any money i pay again 399 for recharge, you also know how can i trust on bsnl if not solve my issue till now day

@BSNL_PB Ok thanks...but BSNL mobile tower in mataur,mohali is not working properly..when there is a power cut in the area there is no signal.

@BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yaar Bahut He Beysharam Bandey Ho Tusi Airtel Wale. I have complained several times for Network Problem & Call Dropping Issues. But No Solution Providing Yet. Are you competing with BSNL ? Infact BSNL have improve their Services.

how a person can restart the router within the conference call or online classes. Either Airtel provide me solution for this or refund me the balance amount and I will take broadband connection from Jio, BSNL, Connect or NetConnet. I am feeling cheated by Airtel. Same on you..

@BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate facing network problems in my area as when the electricity of the area is gone,there is no signal at all..the bsnl tower signal vanishes when there is power cut in the area. nearest bsnl tower is in mataur(near sector 71 Mohali-160071).kindly resolve.

@GMTD_Chandigarh My BSNL fiber was installed by infinity Zone, It's been an years I am your customer. it's been more than a week since my internet is not working properly, yesterday they came and said he will come today after 3PM,I asked them why not in morning but they refused.

@IndAussie9 I opposed brs in few things but the water he changed u know ashoknagar area my house was there still 2018(sold bcz of some issues) i use to bring water from watertank between ashoknagar park and bsnl colony it was before 2014 and coming to electricity it was 8 to 12 off again on

@BSNL_UPE kindly difene process for porting my BSNL number to other operators because from two days there is no network in my area in BRIJENCLAVE VARANASI (UP) . Even no 2G network for recieving or making calls.
