    It is a fact that #BSNL is not getting fair treatment it deserves from Govt. #BSNL has always played a pivotal role in fulfilling govt. aspirations during all difficult circumstances. Even now in #Kashmir only #BSNL is extending full support to govt by providing Telecom services

    Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

    @BSNL_HP Sir BTS issue at Garli in Dehra SDCA of Dharamsala SSA is still unresolved. May I know the present status of the matter. It has already been over three months that customers are waiting for BSNL signal in their cellphones. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @rsprasad SIM card of postpaid number 9408708540 of BSNL taken in Gujarat has become faulty. I have shifted to Chandigarh. BSNL has emailed that I would have to go to Gujarat to get it replaced. Can it not be done in Chandigarh. Please help.

    This is a new turn... i hope these BSNL employees behave professionally and help govt to revive it. I remember my exp with them once. Horrible customer care. They just let the consumer suffer.

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @BSNLCorporate What prompt action are you going to take? I am facing this issue since 2 years. I complained initially but since nobody responded I stopped complaining. If you don't improve network then I won't continue with BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate I have booked for new broadband connection REF No. 9000557267 on 16.08.2022. On going through the status it is reflecting as Convert to lead. Can any official of BSNL help? We have also contacted BSNL office last year for new connection but no one responded.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, you only to speak while issue is not resolved, only required 3G Tower BTS not required 4G because 3G internet is working fine at town but internet data is not working in villages due to BTS is not available.
