Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

Customer hv to approach BSNL for PRBT service & Customer will provide tune. One short code is assigned. It's an VOLUNTEER activity so its not part of Code of Conduct. Any user can Subscribe n Pay charge in which BSNL & BJP both earns. We may loose ₹Crores.

Universal Service Obligation funding is there. Based on that scheme, we are given some target of installing the towers. So, that is called 4G saturation towers.
