    @GMTD_Chandigarh My BSNL fiber was installed by infinity Zone, It's been an years I am your customer. it's been more than a week since my internet is not working properly, yesterday they came and said he will come today after 3PM,I asked them why not in morning but they refused.

    It is a fact that #BSNL is not getting fair treatment it deserves from Govt. #BSNL has always played a pivotal role in fulfilling govt. aspirations during all difficult circumstances. Even now in #Kashmir only #BSNL is extending full support to govt by providing Telecom services

    If this is policy of bsnl to revise rates arbitrarily without consent , better get connection disconnected . And would also file complaint with consumer forum

    @BSNLCorporate @ErosNow I recharge my mobile 7888537239 amount deduct but recharge not done but still amount not refund i again recharge from bsnl exchange, very poor service till date not got refund yet

One short code is assigned. It's an VOLUNTEER activity so its not part of Code of Conduct. Any user can Subscribe n Pay charge in which BSNL & BJP both earns. We may loose ₹Crores.

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate facing network problems in my area as when the electricity of the area is gone,there is no signal at all..the bsnl tower signal vanishes when there is power cut in the area. nearest bsnl tower is in mataur(near sector 71 Mohali-160071).kindly resolve.

    @VodafoneIN Do not choose this chor company @VodafoneIN. Useless and pathetic service of internet. I recharge with 199 but net working like road rolar. Coustomer care and ivr services of voda can give blood pressure problem. Port your sim to bsnl or Jio.

    @BSNL_PB I recharge on 24 june with 399 amount deduct but till now day not regarge done and not refund any money i pay again 399 for recharge, you also know how can i trust on bsnl if not solve my issue till now day

    @BSNLCorporate #BTS installed in #Garli under #Dehra SDCA of #Dharmsala SSA in @BSNL_HP is still off. Almost two months period elapsed but problem of customers is still unresloved. Plze do sonething at earliest as #BSNL image in this #heritage village of India is at stake. @BSNL_HP @CMDBSNL

I can challenge, if in my 18yrs of job any1 can say that I hv treated them badly. Not a single Case/Fault pending.     Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

    @dixarth Something has been done to india's internet\radio frequencies. Everything has been dogshit past few weeks. Airtel, jio, bsnl. Everything sucks. Wifi range has been decreased too.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw If computers are not working why keep post offices open sell it to ST couriers majority of post offices in Chennai face Internet issues due to antiquated BSNL ,systems always down poor suffer rich prefer ST Courier why waste you work with Ambanis why not introduce jio in posts

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Dear customer, your docket has been closed. Docket Number- F1629164854394. BSNL Call Centre But my problem didn't resolved, still i am unable to call. Incoming and outgoing going call not working but internet is working well. I have 1 year if recharge.

    @SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.

    @SayantikaSays Do you think Airtel is any better? Go for BSNL. Quick service, direct access to local JE, AE, they help immediately. After trying big and small brands, I'm at peace now.
